Very disappointed. Ordered and paid for tender meals for the family. Got two bags and when we got home, no drinks (we ordered waters), no chicken tenders for two of the meals and fries were stale. Drove back 15 minutes and they didn’t even apologize for their mistake but acted like this was normal. Quite honestly, we will not go back.
The food was honestly amazing. I really loved it. I wanted a lot of sauces and the workers were super nice and provided me with the ones I asked for with no questions. They were really nice to me and my family even though we didn’t know what to get and needed help ordering. Although, the bathroom is what is super disgusting. Like look at that bathroom bowl. Look at the puddle on the ground. It’s really not clean and it almost made me puke. If the bathroom was clean, it would of had my 5 stars.
One of the worst fried chicken I have ever eat in my life. Food was so cold and very soggy. Oil was oozing out and there was some weird smell from the chicken. No sauce with any of the item. Even though I was ready to pay.Staff's behavior was not good. Floors were dirty. I won't recommend this restaurant.
Food is alright. Was there today Saturday feb 19 around 5pm.no hi, no can i take your order ... no greeting nothing .. not a thank you ...guy just standing there ? no customer greetings whatsoever. Lol crazy.These people still have their jobs is mind-blowing.Obviously owners/managers whatever hire just anybody and dont care.Your shifts must be hell for you people with no personality.That was my last visit there for sure. Worst locAtion.Go toKFC people are human and greet you.
We always get the chicken pieces in their spicy flavor. Also have had their spicy chicken sandwich. These are good choices. Their sides of biscuits, fries and onion rings are good. We didn't like the mac and cheese side.Giving a 4 star because we have had a couple of orders where items were forgotten and we have had to go back. But apart from that this place is worth a try if you like fried chicken.
Can’t go wrong with a spicy chicken sandwich from Popeyes. This location in particular tasted fresh and the chicken juicy too. Friendly staff and overall clean dining area.
This is seriously the worst Popeyes. I have never, not even once, gotten a correct order. Not once. They constantly forget the sauce, forget the biscuit, lord help you if you order on Uber etc - Popeyes replaces drinks and items at complete choice. Example - ordered sprite, received apple juice?? If you’re really craving something specific like the biscuit or red beans and rice or spicy chicken or fries or really anything or their menu, 7 out of 10 times, they will be “out of it”. I am so done with this Popeyes, truly the worst one. Chicken is usually not crispy, it’s soggy. Staff don’t care, don’t answer the phone. Never again.ETA:Went against my better judgment and gave them another chance (I just love that buttermilk ranch sauce so much!). Ordered chicken nuggets, came home, opened the box that clearly said chicken nuggets to find a box of shrimp. Shellfish allergy over here. Hubby took the box back, staff did not care and dumped the shrimps back into the main fryer to be served out to the public again. I repeat, avoid this Popeyes like the plague.
I really like Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen's fried chicken. Especially, I have a great love for the spicy chicken. They have great daily specials. Like $5.49 for 3 pieces of fried chicken on Thursdays. And $3.49 for 2 pieces of fried chicken on Tuesdays.

Great food! Chicken is freshly cooked. Very known for their chicken tenders regular or spicy. Location could use a bit of cleaning. Coming from MTL I was unfamiliar with the menu of what consists a combo or a platter, the cashier could have been more patient.Platter: You get to choose from two sides with a drink.Parking: Right amount of space in their parking lots for cars. Sharing with Menchie frozen yogurt.
