The manager and person who took our order were so friendly! The food was delicious, we got a 10 piece bucket deal and the spicy chicken is amazing, definitely the way to go. The fries, biscuits and coleslaw was very good too. It would have been 5 stars if two other employees (women in their 30's) didn't start staring, whispering and laughing as my mom and I walked in... It's fast food, so what's with the judging?
This place was an experience on its own!! Excellent service, the owner guided us and was joking with us the entire time!! The sandwich was HUGE, CRISPY & DELICIOUS!!!(No greasy food like KFC and other cheap places)Kinda happy they are not close to our house, cause we would end up eating there to often!!! Hahahaha!!Keep up the good work and delicious food!!!?????
Staff was super friendly and service was excellent. Very disappointed on the outrageous price. I ordered 5 wings that cost me $8.29. The wings used to be for the full wing which would be equal to 2 wings. Now they are just 1 small single wing part. I will never go to Popeyes again.
The only reason why I gave 2 starts is because it's Popeyes and some of the Burger was fine.The chicken inside the Burger was uncooked and raw.We ordered spicy chicken tenders got normal Chicken tenders and they also came uncooked and raw. The chicken tenders was like gum.
The chicken was good, biscuit was great! The atmosphere was awful!! The manager stood over the staff, they looked scared to even respond to our "how are you". I'll try another location because the food was good.
Few occasions, they do not allow dine-in 15-30 min before closing. Also, if they have too many mild pieces and I want all spicy, they try to sell the mild.
They are amazing,I had a note about my previous order, and when I told them about it , the manager was extremely friendly, hospitable and generous with us .Everything was amazing, my family and I had such a great lunch in the park
Just got my spicy chicken deluxe and they barley put fries that is not my usual amount when I order from other locations and even this one was more in the past but now they are so cheap with the sauce when I ask them to put more almost like they are being told not to put more then 2 packets of sauce.
On three separate occasions I've had orders come back with the wrong food. Upon returning and asking for the issue to be fixed, blame was deflected towards me. As I had received a 12 peice while I had ordered a number 12 deluxe combo (their chicken burger), Instead of admitting they had misheard, they argued and said I should have realised they were ordering me a 12 piece because they had asked me for a dip choice. Food quality was good, avoid ordering in person.
I placed an online order using the promo for 2 can dine for 12.99. The restaurant subbed in the 5 piece tenders meal instead but because it was takeout we didn't notice until we got home. Went back to the restaurant with the tenders meal and the itemized order receipt and were met with open hostility from the manager.He refused to give us the correct order unless we threw away the tenders meal in front of him, and wouldn't give the second biscuit.Definitely won't be returning to this location, which is a shame because the chicken was pretty good. I just refuse to deal with that kind of jack-a$$.
