The girls up front are super friendly. The chicken was very good. My only concern was my chicken in my chicken sandwich was a little Frankensteinish. (See photo)A little disturbing..
Food quality good times and bad. My bf purchased a fried chicken around 9pm. Its pretty dry and salty. Not fresh not juicy. obviously they refried the overleft chicken. Will make a complaint and not go anymore. Picture shows why i said is overleft.
Probably the best chicken of all the chains but you certainly pay a premium price for it. I'd rate them higher if not for the usual poor service and the fact that almost every time I go they always seem to be waiting on the next batch of chicken in the fryer. And I can't remember the last time I went and their soft drink fountain wasn't broken in some way. It doesn't seem to matter which restaurant I'm at which is really odd. Perhaps all of the Ottawa locations are owned by the same person which might explain the common and similar problems.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Management is very frustrating. Today the manager wasn't able to resolve the issue of missing item in an order I payed for, she didn't want to make a refund neither provide the missing item, tried the simple way and she refuse to listen,and her associate wanted to fight with me. good job in serving customers in disrespectful way ?.
Managment is racsist and the company doesn't care at all. Today the manager wasn't able to solve the customer simple issue, and she refused to refund the meal to the customer. Insisting that the customer is wrong and didn't even listen to the customer. However the manager is the one who caused inconvenience in the first place by not completing the order and arguing with the customer. it is very weird the the associate wanted to fight as well thinking she is in the position of Managment. Never seen a pool fight lile this before. DISGUSTING
Yesterday I got a family meal and when I reached home and started eating I found it undercooked. I tried to reach the store but no answer for the phone. I left a recorded message explaining everything. I called again today but no answer. Since I could not contact you, I had to write my review here. To be honest this is my first time to have it undercooked but what frustrated me is the customer service. I can not take the food and drive half an hour to get my money back and show them the food.
Terrible Customer Service. They do not listen to their customers. I have ordered Spicy Chicken sandwich 4 times from them. Every time I tell them no pickles please. Can you please make sure no pickles and they always end up putting pickles. But because Im in hurry I didn’t confront them. I have never seen something like this. They keep ignoring you and not caring what you want to eat. Very unprofessional, highly not recommended.
Nicely spiced shrimp, gravy was hands down best of the fried chicken options. Chicken is better too and I would say it beats the Louisiana stores of the same chain. Good price too.
Terrible customer service. The manager was not professional at ALL (2022-01-04 around 5 pm). I asked to talk to her in a very Calm way to show her that the chicken sandwich was not cooked. Instead of apologizing or trying the fix the issue. She answered in very rude way saying "you have already ate half of it and you have just realized that is not cooked". I told her this is not the way you should treat a customer and this is last time I will come to this place. Please DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
