We dont have it in Qc, way better than KFC but as oily, great confort food
Went a Sunday night with a friend. There was a small lineup but service was quick for some time. After a few minutes, the cashier announced that they had no more fries. No more spicy chicken. No more biscuits. No more burgers. I get to the counter and ask for two 10 piece meals. Cashier says most she can give me is 8 pieces. The manager suddenly came out to announce to all the people behind me that they had no more food and that they were closing early (it was about 7:30 pm). So basically they all left. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the cashier was super helpful and actually got us our 20 pieces. The sides were very limited so she made sure we had more bang for our buck. As for the food itself, the chicken was kinda bland, maybe because I’m more used to the spicy kind. Coleslaw was not fresh and mashed potatoes were okay. Only good thing were the onion rings.
I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, while people that arrived after me barely waited and were off their merry way. This despite the fact, I was in their line of vision.There is no equal service for all customers. I will NOT come back to this location!
Bought a 4 piece with mash and biscuit, spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, added a 8 piece spicy. Service was decent. When ordering I accidentally said “brown meat” when I meant “dark meat”. Was a little embarrassed cause I’m a francophone and we say “viande blanche ou brune” in French. Just wanted to low-key tell the workers there that I didn’t mean to offend them by any means if I did. Thank you!
Twice I've ordered, and twice they've taken my money and not provided the food they said.. this time they crushed the dessert and left off BOTH sides-- not so much as an apology either.Will never order from here, or any other location of this chain, for myself or my employees ever again. Both times have been total nightmares where I've lost money over food I didn't even get.
I ordered 8 pc chicken, spicy, all dark. As it shows on the receipt. But the manager want to charge me extra $2 for all dark. I don’t understand as I brought 5 years Popeyes, no one ever mentioned extra charge just for all dark. It is ridiculous.
Un- friendly customer service!!Chicken drumsticks mini size barely have meet inside plus over cooked too dry! Fries they put less than other location!

Just used a 2-can dine coupon for 6 tenders and fries and 2 biscuits for $16.50 and we only received 5 tenders. Extremely disappointed and felt scammed. Dishonest service, avoid this place
