One of the best Poutine place in the National Capital Region. Large portions and good prices. Service is very fast and friendly. Specials are usually very creative and tasty. Highly recommend!

Got the weekly special and a medium poutine. Felt like the special was kind of expensive for a few extra toppings on top of a medium poutine...But the food was delicious, a taste of nachos before returning to a spectacular standard poutine taste.The guy who made my food was kind and clean, and he made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. I'll be back.

Better than McDonald's- Service was fast and friendly- Not wheel chair assessible- Price $ decent- Poutine fries were great curds melted, gravy was not too salty fries were crispy even after the gravy- Burger was decent size, the pattie was a little dry, other than that everything was good- No bathroom- This place is outside- Overall... would recommend and will go backSee photos and menu
This is easily in my top 3 poutines in Ottawa. Skinny fries, amazingly glossy dark gravy, tons of fresh curds. Their other food is pretty good too, standard chip truck fare but always comes out fast and hot. Catch them while they're open
I had the pleasure of visiting Pong's Poutine for the 3rd time while I was in the Carp area last week. Each visit was delicious and food was made promptly. They have a nice seating area if you have time to dine in and you can even pay with debit unlike some other food trucks that haven't got with the times even after this whole covid mess. Staff are quite friendly and seem very organized. My last order was a hot dog combo with a poutine and a drink and came to $9.50 which I find considerably cheap in comparison to others and the poutine was big enough to feed 2 people with small appetites, they use shoestring type fries which I'm not too fond of but that's just a personal preference and won't keep me away since I'm already a fan.
Over all good chip stand. The Pogos are Pogo brand which is always a good thing. Wait times are not too bad in off hours. The only reason I am docking a star is because I am not a fan of the more slender fries at chips stands. I prefer the home style thick cuts. The ability to enter and exit the location can also be difficult during more dense traffic hours.
OK, so here is the story. I hate Poutine. Always have, thought I always would.Then I read a review about Pong's. The reviewer said they didn't like Pongs because they used skinny fries.Skinny fries! I thought to myself, I like skinny fries.Now I sad to say, I love pouting. Pong's to be precise. My waistline might not but too bad. ?
