My grandson and 3 friends visited on 4 August 7pm. After waiting half an hour for their food order, it arrived luke-warm: large poutine, flat-bread pizza, pulled-pork tacos. The food didn't taste fresh, but they were hungry after the long wait so ate it anyway. Two women were violently sick after about 45 minutes and my grandson had a very upset stomach. Their complaint to the server was dismissed with "food poisoning doesn't happen that fast." Playback, his gran was a nurse for 50 years and can vouch from first-hand experience that acute food poisoning can indeed happen that fast, even faster.
Just discovered this nice local hangout. My neighbors told me about it today. We came for a quick drink. Heidi Anna made us amazing orange Creamsicles and they were amazing! Recommend you check this place out.
I would absolutely rate this restaurant 5 stars if it weren't for the blue haired bartender who absolutely destroyed my outlook on this restaurant. She seemed to have been flirting with a customer while neglecting every other person patiently waiting to be served. Aside from that, she had a terrible attitude to seemingly everyone there including other staff. I did however have a great experience interacting with another younger server who was kind, patient and improved how I felt significantly.Management should really take this into consideration. I don't see myself returning in the near future as I know I am not the first to have had poor experience with this bartender.
They didn't have both the drink and the food that I wanted to order. Beer was a bit on the warm side, but still cold enough. Food was still good, but a bit burnt. 5* for service for feeling bad taking it out on the server. Originally a 3* review, but you guys gained an extra star for making us pay for only half of our food. Thanks for the free pint man!
The place is nice and affordable. However, it is uncanny how food isn't good... it looks like they are using fresh products with good quality, but for some reason, everything is dry, overcooked and bland.. So I don't know if they pre-cook everything and warm it up or if whoever cooks is really not good. However, for a chill evening with friends and a couple of beers, it seems like a nice place to go to.
AMAZING STAFF! VERY ACCOMODATING!!From the moment I called the owner Vince, he was very kind and helpful. I highly suggest this place for events. Even when it came down to my going away party that started, I forgot a a few things like the HDMI cord to attach to my laptop and Vince went out of this way to help me find a USB cord. This place is a must, great good! great service!, I cannot suggest this place ANYMORE, pleaseee come here if you'd like a smooth sailing on planning any event.
Just awful, would not recommend adults to go here at all … what is portrayed to be an adult environment is not anything but a bunch of child’s servicing… aka midway where you bring your kids - and kids serving you a Shirley temple. ✌?
Great variety of foods. We went here after a great time at Archery Games. There were 12 of us. The food came quickly after ordered. It was very tasty. Would definitely go back. I ordered the blue cheese burger and Asian coleslaw. Very good. There were other things ordered that I would definitely try in the future.
Great place to go for dinner, drinks, or have a party! Vince was super nice and helpful, and we had an amazing time.
Worst service ever. I guess the transport people were correct when not recommending this place. Rory really made a name for himself.
