It looks and tastes delicious, pizza was fresh, no frozen ingredients, wood oven pizza. I loved the charred flavour. Maybe I didn’t read the instructions but I guess I was supposed to reheat it?! My issue was that the pizza and garlic bread was really chewy. Don’t think reheating would’ve made much difference. It probably tastes better fresh.I was disappointed by the garlic bread. It was basically bread with no hint of garlic. Perhaps that’s how they make garlic bread or the garlic got burnt, not what I was expecting. The chili olive oil was amazing! Loved it.Perhaps next time I’ll try the pizza in person cause I really enjoyed the flavour but I didn’t enjoy the bread being chewy.
Even Pizza Pizza is better quality. Burnt crust and underside so every bite tastes like carbon, soggy dough that can't hold up the weight of its own toppings, and a measly amount of cheese. It was also delivered 40 minutes ahead of my preorder time. Feels like they just threw everything together and fired it at max temp to get it out of the door ASAP instead of letting it cook properly.
The pizza is amazing, but the lady that owns (I think?) the Metcalfe location was pretty rude. Ordered and paid online and when we got there the young men were willing to turn the oven back on but she came to the front and just said "no we can't do it", and even though I asked for a refund on my credit card she put it on a gift card and refused to just put it back on my card. Not impressed with her. My main issue is that she effectively forced me to have to come back. The young men were very kind and their pizza is great, so it could be worse.
My pizza was burnt, literally black. I ordered on Uber Eats so there was no way I could return the item. Also , the portions of toppings were very skimpy. I don’t recommend this place and it’s very expensive. A rip off for sure
My absolute go to any time you need pizza quick or for a light meal. It's been amazing since they've opened and always an unbeatable price point. Not sure how they get the crust so perfect but always pleased. Thank you so much for the great food and excellent service!
I got the chance to check out PiCo today for lunch. Overall, this was a mixed experience. The restaurant was neat and tidy, but no one was tending to the front when I first arrived. It was not a long wait for the employee to come out from the back. The employee worked quickly, which caused a tearing in the dough. I think that the toppings were put on fairly lightly. There was a comparison picture next to where she was working and there was about half amount on mine. The pizza ended up being slightly undercooked. The cheese had not fully melted, and the crust was mostly cooked through, but spots were a touch raw.The pizza was alright, I feel as though it would have been better if the employee took a small bit of extra time for some care. For almost $20 after tax, this is not a worth it stop.
I really enjoyed the food here. Seeing your pizza made fresh in front of you is a unique and nice experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. Will definitely be coming back!
One of the only places open during the freedom rally! Thank you for the pizza and warm hospitality!
Pizza is SOO Good, Fresh. Chris was really friendly. Don't forget to try their Garlic dipping sauce, you should sell it in a bottle!! 10 Stars!
Asked for a craft yours (unlimited toppings) normally great service. Walked in for a pick up order. Employee stood around doing nothing for a few minutes before taking my order. Then told me it would cost extra for oil(???), extra cheese and extra soppressatta. Doubt I will be coming here anymore. Employee was very cheap on the toppings.
