Since re-discovering this shop a couple years back, it has quickly become one of my favourites. The only thing better than their meats and bagels is their customer service. The staff are fantastic, always eager to help and make grat suggestions.Every time I'm in the shop, I discover something new and always walk out with more than I had planned on buying.Their bagel sandwiches are delicious and generous in size. I highly recommend their Mennonite Ham from the deli, it's my favourite!Can't wait to try their breakfast bagel sandwiches!

Great bagels and lots of other goodies. The fancy chocolates I bought there were a big hit on Valentine's day.
The tiny plastic cutlery and styrofoam packaging detracted from the quality of the food. The Breakfast Beast was tasty but difficult to consume with the tools provided. The Reuben was a disappointment and was also a messy experience. This was a rare outing for us in two years due to Covid, but it will be the last for the Bagelshop unless it improves its offerings.
Can’t resist their fresh hot bagels. One always gets eaten in the car on the way home. A great little touch of Montreal in Ottawa.
Always fresh, always delicious. I go every 2 weeks for an assorted dozen, and also get the homemade cream cheese.
I’m a regular at this bagelshop. My friend and I went, I had the halloumi while my friend had the eggcellent. They were very generous with the ingredients and the staffs were very friendly. The bagels are made in-house so they are extremely fresh and soft. They also had the hot apple cider available this season and it was really good, they don’t add any sugar so it was not too sweet and just the right amount of tarte, highly recommend if it is available.
We love this shop and their original breakfasts prior to the construction. Sad to see the great breakfast plates and the cheap eats are gone. Please bring back the breakfast plates!
Some of their older services have stopped due to Covid like specialized coffees and they have no place to eat inside - I hope they bring these back soon once things are even more normal. That said, this place makes the best BLT I've ever had.
Bagels are always so delicious and the staff is so kind and helpful! Last time I went it was pretty quiet and I was trying to choose which cream cheese flavour to try and several of the staff gave me their input and it was just a fun and personable experience! Everyone there is always so kind and wanting to help you out.
