#1 FOOD POISIONING - Yesterday my wife and I ordered and received eggrolls with bad pork that coated are tongues with a toxic film, then we proceeded to become sick until now, a day later...Just phoned the owner and warned her not to sell these egg rolls and to call me back after investigating which she did not give the courtesy of doing.So I phoned her back and she remained mute on the the line not knowing what to say and all this after giving her the benefit of the doubt...Be warned, they will be more than happy to take your money after poisoning you

Food is ok. What's the point of having an online order system if I have to still wait 45 minutes? Especially during COVID, wasn't impressed with that. Portions can be a bit low considering what you pay. I'd recommend you stick with Somerset West and the popular places in Chinatown.
Healthy with large quantities of protein. These people know how to take care of a hungry family. Food is always piping hot and on time. Best takeout in Ottawa in my opinion.
Multiple times they have messed up my order they don't care for their customers and will leave you with wrong items and do nothing to fix thr problem. They will give you incorrect items and tell you they will not change it. I would not recommend this place. I would rather order from a dumpster.
Forgot an entire persons order and then refused to acknowledge their mistake, really unprofessional.
Tried number one Chinese food last night it was pretty good we had the combo plates the thing I liked about thus place is they have the usual chicken balls spare ribs and chicken fried rice but you could switch two of the three most places has a couple options thjs place has lots of options

Had diner for 2 type B. Open end egg rolls. Wow thecwholecthingcwas excellent. Spare ribs were especially good. Large, meaty and not crazy sweet. Loved that. Thank you. Will be back.
Ordered beef chow mein, honey garlic chicken balls and two drinks through Skip The Dishes. Drinks were not delivered, beef chow mein had zero noodles in it, but was full of bean sprouts. Chicken balls were ok. Never again.
