The poutines here are peak. This is my first time going to New York Fries in the food court, and now that I've been I think I'm gonna be coming here every time. Friendly staff. Tasty hot gravy. No complaints.
Was there today,at the location. In the st Laurent shopping center,in Ottawa. The food was not, so good the hotdog has. Almost no toppings, the poutine looked gros. But the thing that, upset was the customer service. The person that,served me seemed like. He was upset,he was rude.
If you have Cockroaches which you did the other day in a box of potatoes, you told your EMPLOYERS TO KILL THE BUGSN STILL CUT THE POTATOES, THATS DISGUSTING HRALTH IS BEING CALLED

I usually love their fries but this time I believe I got the bottom barrel. I mostly got small crunchy bits and the sauce was far from warm.
Horrible fires were hard and stale, no gravy or sauce cold cheese curds nothing was hot had to go back and was told I had to pay for gravy!!!? $15 fries and if you want gravy it's an extra $1.50 to make your fries soft to be honest worst poutine in Ottawa....
Wouldn't recommend, quite a greasy establishment came here expecting to experience NEWYORK?! And all I got was a box of greasy clothespins. The kid maning the fryers stunk like dirty socks, and didn't gimmy any nappies or even a fork
My experience was not a good one . I went there 10 minutes after it opened . The young girl that was there , was very rude .I asked her If I was to early ,she completely ignored me and slammed the fries into the fryer . So I obviously didn't order which made her very happy , I will not be going back there , and I should have learned from my first time I went cause the other girl was rude as well , so I would not recommend going there . They should be fired and they should hire someone who actually wants to be there and WORK .

Disapointing location the amount of times ive stopped by for a quick bite to eat they never seem to have all ingredients prepared for the premium poutines or any chillie for the hot dogs. Not a fan of the attitude some of the employees who just hang in the back on their phones give when you order something they know isnt avaible because the prep wasnt done i love ny fries but this locations run poorly would not recomend unless you want a basic poutine or just frenchfries
