What's with the new Gravy, very watery and no taste, it's really disgusting.I used to order from this location a lot it was in my opinion the best in Ottawa but I'm scared to order from here because the new gravy seems consistent with the last 3 times.
What happened with The New York Fries I knew? The fries are almost raw, since about a month ago. What happened? If this continues, I will never buy from you again.
Just got a poutine the new gravy just tasted like watered down .very light compared to the signature dark and thick sauce .could not finish the food fries were mushy .the change is not positive the poutine is not worth the cost
I usually like NY Fries, especially the one at Billing's Bridge food court. But today (July 18, 2021), the service was bad. I ordered as usually a butter chicken poutine but the fries were half fried, almost raw. Not sure what happened. Maybe a temporary glitch. Hopefully next time it will be better.
