First time going here. I drove 25 min to this place (and 25 min back home). I ordered beef pho. It was ready when I got there. Great so far. Got back home and sigh... It was chicken. There were no other orders for pick up. There is just no way to mess this up. Chicken is white. Beef is brown. I only had one item and they managed to mess that up.The price for pho at this place is ridiculous as it is and then to receive dry flavourless chicken for a pho. Soup itself wasn't anything better than other places, so try something else if you're looking to pick up

Very friendly staff always smiles. Looks like when everything is closed that’s the place you can still enjoy good food, truly loved the food. I enjoyed so much that I am planning to visit again or order via Uber eats or any other means.

Good place. The decor was nice and the music was beautiful which created a good ambiance. The menu is big but not too big, and the server was very kind, quick and knowledgeable. I had the vegetable soup which I enjoyed. It wasn’t the most flavourful broth I’ve had but the noodles were so delicious, as was the tea!

Used to go here a fair bit so when we wanted some take out I suggested this place. The rare beef in my pho was actually raw, and the chicken in the chicken curry on vermicelli was partially cooked (chicken was very pink and raw). We had to cook the curry at home so that it was safe to eat and pull out some chicken skin.

Ordered in through Uber Eats, and I got the rare beef and slightly fat beef pho, and pork spring rolls. The broth was pretty tasty, the beef was juicy and tender. The pork rolls were pretty tasty but a little in the dense side.Overall, a great meal, I'd order again for sure.

This place is far from what it used to be. Portions have been reduced. Had to get up multiple times to ask the server for utensils, napkins, and water. Found a piece of a dish sponge in my soup. Owner was very rude when told. There's so many great Pho places on Somerset, I'd stay away from this one.

After all these years, this place NEVER disappoints - everything is always fresh and taste amazing! You are kindly greeted and sat at your table with a fresh hot pot of green tea - we started our order with bbq chicken and bbq beef rice wrap, with peanut sauce (#67 and #68) - so yummy! We also ordered pho (#10, 5 and 4), we got plenty of fresh herbs, beans sprouts, lime and hot chilli for our meal - the meat was fresh, the broth was amazing and the noodles were perfect!Highly recommend this place without any hesitation!

Went here a few times before the pandemic but unfortunately the place has changed. Ordered the extra large pho with extra meat and the portion was still mostly noodles and very little meat. No longer cost efficient for a bowl of soup that's mostly noodles. The food however was still decent and the service was rather prompt given how my partner and I went in the evening.

We always drive by this place and decided to go in when my MIL was visiting. It is a small place but the staff are very friendly. Since my MIL is Vietnamese, we asked her to be brutally honest with the food and she loved it. From the beef spring rolls to the vermicelli, this is more than just a pho place. Also their cold coffee was the best one I have ever had! I would go back just to get more coffee...and more food.Definitely a must visit for anyone like us who always drives by and sees the place meaning to go in.

I used to eat here all the time until the other day when I ordered a soup and upon eating it, found a FINGER NAIL IN MY SOUP. It was the most disgusting experience ever. After contacting the owner he told me to come back in for compensation instead of going through Uber eats for a refund. When I came in, his form of compensation was another soup (not sure what made him think I'd ever eat here again after that experience) and ended up sending me away to now go through Uber for the refund. He didn't care at all and told me things like this "can happen". HUGE HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE- not sure who's clipping their nails back there. be careful everyone.
