We love this grocery store, and we understand the merger/selling or whatever of Rainbow foods but none the less athe Natural afood Pantry is a great place to get some hard to find Vegan options at a decent price.. the store is clean and the staff are friendly..

I miss rainbow foods so much. Since Natural food pantry took over they abolished most of my favourite products, and the customer service really suffered. More often than not there’s only one cash open and I waste a lot of time standing around, waiting.
Excellent selection of products! The staff are friendly and knowledgable, they are very helpful! I've shopped here for over 10 years and am very satisfied. I'd recommend this store.
I am so glad that Rainbow Foods got taken over. I stopped shopping there due to seeing the old owners mistreating staff, but now that it has new owners I've returned. The store is always well-stocked with lots of variety, especially with vegan products.

I really enjoy this location! The store is much bigger inside than it looks, is well stocked and the staff are very friendly and helpful both in-person and on the phone. This store accepts exemptions as required by local bylaws which is amazing for those who may need to exercise it. Not only that, but the way in which staff inquire about such matters is extremely discreet, polite, respectful and non-discriminatory. By far, the best handling of such a situation I have witnessed in any store I’ve attended in Ottawa for over a year! Would highly recommend this location. To the staff here, you are amazing, appreciated and are the reason this will now be my go-to health food/product store. Thank you for everything.
I visited this store today for the first time ever and I had one of the best experiences in 2021. Every staff was so friendly, kind and informative. What really amazed me is how compassionate, lovely, kind, caring and human the lady at the cash was. She is truly a beautiful soul who cared for why I had chosen to go to this store after trying many others. Thank you very much, you have given me hope that humanity is alive and beautiful. I will forever remember how you interacted with me without discrimination. I can't say enough when I say thank you from the bottom of my heart ?
