Went here last night and staff was very unfriendly, did not seem willing to serve my boyfriend and I as they were too busy blasting music in the back of the kitchen. I went up to ask for some extra napkins and got ignored so I had to get some from the bathroom. Also they hardly put any toppings in the burrito and wanted to charge me extra for it. Do not recommend.
I would Not suggest anyone for this location. People were rude food was mostly dried and cold. Service was like as if they are doing us a huge favour by serving . No smile n cheap quantities. . The one by train yard is way better with total opposite. Was last time for sure at this location.
My son orders from there regularly 3 weeks ago he got terrible food poisoning from this location. I call the location many times no answer. I called head office in TO and left a message with my info no one called back. This must be a regular issue for them or they would of reach out to there customer.I have been to this location before my son got food poisoning and it is very messy and unorganized and the staff is not friendly . I would not recommend this location to anyone. Be careful if you are planning on eating there.
Staff members are not friendly at all, and don’t wear their masks properly.My burrito was cold, I kindly asked a staff member to warm it up and he seemed annoyed by my request. He put it on the grill for a minute and gave it back to me, it was still cold.I’ve been in many Mucho Burrito locations across the country, and my experience here was not good at all.
The food at this location is always fresh, and tastes amazing. The reason behind my two star rating is based on the service my partner and I have received here. The staff members are rude, unwelcoming, and make you feel rushed. I’m not speaking for him, but a customer behind me stated that it was his first time at a Mucho Burrito, and I personally wouldn’t return after the kind of service he received (while I was there). This location is the only one close to me, and so I will continue to return here, BUT only by online pick-up, so that I don’t have to deal with any of their employees
I wish I can give zero stars. They consistently get orders wrong and they don’t pick up the phone when you call them to explain the mistakes they made. Thank goodness I ordered off skip the dishes because there’s no way I’m paying for food that I did not order. I got my money back and I will never be ordering from them again. Train your staff and do better because this is unacceptable.

Dixa and Tejal are the LOVELIEST humans who work there, the staff are very welcoming and the food is always great and has really good portionsI had to minimize on my order just because i can't eat that much hahaDefinitely recommend :)
