Went to mucho burrito with my son after getting blood work done at the nearby dynacare and the two gentlemen working there (possibly owner) where super lovely and kind. Will go back again ?
Had veggie bowl during my visit, veggies (green peppers) were cut way too big, made it hard to eat veggies with other ingredients in the bowl
I usually quite enjoy burritos here but this time we bought veggie quesadillas to go. The quesadillas were soggy and unappetizing though my grandson ate his. I almost took them back. But I didn’t wNt to drive back again.
It is worth your money, 1 burrito can feed 2 people. Good ingredients and very reasonable prices! You can dine-in comfortably. Recommended.
Worst service I’ve had out of all the locations. Employees were more concerned with social interactions then taking care of customers. I felt insulted and disrespected so asked to talk to a manager and she apologized and offered to give anything in compensation while smiling and seeming to not be fazed or see anything wrong with the situation. I took nothing but definitely will never return to this location. Common sense says to take care of customers, and return to your social interaction afterwards…
This franchise has really gone the wrong direction. Higher prices and poor quality of food. My burrito was all soggy with excess water from beans, hardly any veggies or chicken. Tasted bland and need to find a better place. Lot of options available that are better priced and tastier meals. Have tried 2 locations now in Ottawa and both with similar experiences.
Poor customer service ,it was my second time having burritos ,I asked couple questions about ingredients to make sure get to right things but she didn’t explain properly,she stoped serving me ,and she went to help the other customer without saying anything.I could tell she got mad because of my questions. She made me feel uncomfortable and she ruined my energy.
Worst customer service ever. The indian girl was so greedy with the food as is she will eat it all end the end of her shift. I am not happy with the service. Portion was very less for a burrito bowl
