Smoked Brisket was Good. Burned end bits were too sweet for my taste. The coleslaw was good.fries were crispy. Mac and cheese was good.
I have been craving BBQ for the past few weeks so finally stopped in for dinner tonight..I ordered the Share Platter for 2 so I could try everything and for the most part it was exactly what I was craving. The ribs were tender with great flavour. The chicken was a pleasant surprise, smokey BBQ flavour, crispy skin and very moist. Pulled beef was good but the brisket was a disappointment; was dry, tough and chewy, I don't think it cooked long enough to get tender. Sides were mac n cheese and cornbread, loved the cornbread although it would have been better served warm. Service needs some work but I was there for the food and that I enjoyed! My friend ordered the quesadillas (not listed on menu) and she really liked it. If you are craving BBQ, Moe's is a great place for it. I wish I had taken photos ?
I happened to be parked in front of Moe's so I decided to bring some BBQ home. I had the Sampler for One and I was surprised by how very little food they gave you for the price. The meat tasted good but the sides looked like they had been packaged a couple of days before. The mac and cheese was a congealed lump and all the dressing on the coleslaw was in the bottom of the container. Even KFC gives better sides than this. The coleslaw was also very spicy (??) so my wife couldn't eat it.
Delicious meat and juicy. Ive never tasted such delicious Ribs and meat! The best Halal Brisket place in town! This is a platter for two and hits all the right taste buds!!
We've been here a few times, the phone is always busy, I guess that is a good thing. You can now text your order, write it down and take a pic and send it over. The food is delicious, fall off the bone meat, great accompaniments, the mac and cheese is a bit blah but it is true to the Southern way. A bit pricey but worth it on an occasion. I would recommend it.
So we’ve eaten here twice and I would say that the menu is hit and miss and also a bit pricey. The first time we tried the share plater for 2. The ribs, chicken and pulled beef were delicious. Don’t recommend the brisket it’s like eating rubber. The Mac and cheese was nothing special. The jalapeño cornbread is not bad. Rice was good but oily. The second time we had the pulled beef sandwich and man did I feel ripped off. Don’t think it’s like the picture on their website because it is not ? there was one piece of onion on top of the pulled beef and it’s on a hamburger bun. Funny because on the website it is on a bakery almost artisan looking bun and jam packed with meat. This is not the case…. The white sauce is nothing special. Kind of just has a weird texture.

I would give it a 0 if I could. Owner is a thief, rude and doesn't care about customers. I ordered the same order many times from their restaurant and the food was always good with decent portions for the price. This time I was very disappointed with my order because for the same price I got half of the food I ordered. 1/2 a rack of ribs came out as half of a half and the container of burnt ends was almost half empty and I would say about 40% of it was fat cubes with no meat. I did the nice thing and called the restaurant first and the person who answered said that they would have the manager/owner call me back but when I looked at the food I paid 54$ for it didn't sit right with me so I decided to drive again 40 min to take my order back. The owner requested photos of the order because he was no there. Then he stopped answering the phone after telling their employee to refund only the ribs. I said I wanted all my money back, it's getting late the food is cold they have to right this wrong. He just stopped answering the phone on me and his employee. When I finally decided to cut my losses and at least get the ribs refunded the employee says he doesn't have the code for the machine and calls the owner, goes to the back then comes back and says owner is gonna call me at which point owner texts sorry about that have a good night. Employee then explains owner is not gonna refund me and kitchen is now closed he can't remake my order. At this point it is past 10pm and I am very frustrated. In the end, employee was nice enough to ask the kitchen make the food again and demonstrated he had a better business sense than the owner himself who doesn't care obviously. At first, I was ready to disregard this incident and re-order from the restaurant as mistakes do happen, but given the whole experience I am never ever eating here again. I understand costs are rising for businesses and all, it's ok to raise your prices but at least keep your quality good and don't cut your costs by ripping off your clients. Just picked up the family of 4 platter, it was excellent, great smoke taste and excellent bark on the meats and the sides were great.
