Made reservations at Milestones for last night. We were seated and waited for our server. They were not very busy so we were surprised by how long it was taking. Twenty minutes went by and my husband mentioned it to someone at the front. They were surprised that we hadn’t even met our server yet and went to tell someone. At the thirty minute mark we ended up leaving as our daughters were getting fussy and we weren’t sure how long we would still have to wait. Our Father’s Day dinner ruined, they also don’t validate parking so we payed to park for no reason. Also would like to note we saw a couple other customers leave as well and they had been waiting less time then us. We are really disappointed and won’t be back.

I don't like chain restaurants that much. Places like these are basically fast food with extra steps, meaning that everything is standardized and many ingredients are prepackaged. I had a chicken sandwich here, and for a moment I didn't care that I was at a chain restaurant. It was fire. The chicken was crispy, there was a perfect amount of sauce on it. The bun was well toasted. The toppings were well portioned. The fries were also perfectly cooked. I was very surprised at how I perceived the quality of this meal to be. The service was also excellent, our waitress was very friendly and made great conversation with us.

My friend and I love Milestones, especially the one in downtown on Sussex. We decided to try out the Landsdowne one and it was the worst experience ever. The service was so poor. We waited so long to have someone to come take our drinks order (at least 40 min) . Our server name was Joseph. My friends and I are were so kind and respectful to him during the whole night but it was like he didn’t wants us to be there. I ordered a steak that night, my food was dry, no sauce , too cooked. After getting our food, he didn’t even give us cutlery. We had to wait for 10 minutes and asked another server to have cutlery. We didn’t complain or make a fuss about it. I told myself maybe he was having a bad night or were too busy so I didn’t make a big deal about it. My friend said we shouldn’t give him a tip but I talked her out of it and we did. But even after paying our bills, he didn’t even say goodbye or nothing. He just left like we were bothering him. Joseph is the reason of the bad experience we have there.

My partner and his family and I were excited to get drinks and apps at the Lansdowne Milestones last week before a show at TD place. Our server was so sweet however quite nervous and didn’t know the menu - you could tell she was totally overwhelmed. We all ordered drinks (after being told that the beer we wanted which was on the menu was unavailable), as well as apps. However when we informed our server that there was a shellfish allergy, we were told the kitchen was “too busy” to accommodate us and couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination. We ended up not eating and finished our one drink and left. Nice atmosphere but disappointing!

Friends and I decided to have dinner at Landsdowne Milestone. Server Stephanie was great but food not so much. We were very disappointed in the fact that the food that was served cold. I ordered steak with fries in which the fries were burnt and cold. The whole meal was cold. Fries were replaced but could only tolerate half of the cold steak. My friends orders was also cold in which they sent back to be warmed up. Very unhappy with the quality of food. Stephanie did try to make the experience a bit better but unfortunately we won’t be back.

Hadn’t been to a Milestones in quite a while. We had a really great meal sharing apps before the 67s hockey game. Pleasantly surprised how the calamari and coconut app was in particular. Solid service and impressive to see how milestones invests in a shadow trainer to help with our server who was just starting. It’s hard to find staff let alone train right. Speaks volumes about a well run business in crazy times.

Extremely disappointed.I ordered 2 salads for take out. The goat cheese and beet salad. The goat cheese, candied pecans and cherry tomatoes were missing from my salad. The blueberries that came with the salad were old and some had mold on them. I paid $17 plus tax for greens, beets and mold.Not impressed at all.

7 of my friends and I were so excited to have a night out. The atmosphere aesthetically speaking, is super cute and trendy, but when we arrived our table was filthy. The service was horrible.. whenever I said thank you the server either said “yep” or nothing at all. She wasn’t friendly or polite. My salad was really good but my husbands steak was like shoe leather. We all ordered apps as well as mains and then dessert. As soon as we paid, the server told one of our husbands that we had 10 minutes to leave. I just don’t know anymore. I highly recommend going somewhere else, or honestly, better off to stay home.

For somebody who rarely gets the opportunity to get together with my closest friends, this truly was a disappointing experience.Having spent a ridiculous amount of money on overpriced apps, meals and dessert I would have expected your staff to have a better attitude and treat us with a little more respect. We had literally just paid our bills and we were being told to leave because of another reservation. Nevermind that you just made hundreds of dollars of our table but being so quick to boot us out is completely unprofessional. Not to mention the tables were dirty, and the waitress dropped food from one of our plates and left it on the floor..easy to say that this place isn't worth your money or your time.
