Olley rude staff… never again will i bring my children here
The girl working at menchies tonight was quite the piece of work. 2 ice cream machines were working and when i asked her what was wrong with them she gave me attitude. Someone needs to sort their employees out. Especially around children.
Not too pricy and decent frozen yogurt.
Cakes are super sweet, loaded with sugar and covered in sugar icing.
For Easter my nephew brought the 'Cheesecake factory' cake to our family gathering and it was delicious. Oh my goodness! So rich and smooth. I am 100% for this cake and it's worth every bite. Yum. I have an extremely sensitive stomach and had no issues eating and digesting a slice.
I love menchies. amazing froyo, cheap too, and great service:) only downside is with covid you can't sit in the store anymore:(((
My boyfriend and I went to this location during our visit to Ottawa. There were great flavours and topping. The man that was working, (assuming it was the owner), was very kind to us. He even gave us a couple of ideas of how to spend our weekend here and some goodies to go. Overall great experience!
My first time in a Menchie’s! My little one had fun making her own frozen yogurt with various flavours and picking out her own toppings. It was a hit. The girl on staff was polite and helpful. After I left, she wiped down most touched surfaces including the door/handle. Thank you for being so diligent during the pandemic!
Always great to be at this place. Kids love it, so do I. Staff is polite too.
