My regular spot for the mandatory coffee and fries, before and after work. Yesterday, I was having hard time and was in a lot of rush, and regardless of the store being understaffed I was served on time, and very well taken care by the manager in charge, who is a girl with short hair and glasses. I really appreciate store for having employees this efficient.
The worst McDonald’s in the entire world! I mean literally the worst! They tried to sell me a bag for 65 cents at this location, simply because I asked that our order be packed properly as we had to walk back to our hotel.A run down McDonalds, with sketchy people working there.
I’ve been coming here almost everyday before work for coffee (not sure why I still do).My average wait time for a single coffee is roughly 10 minutes. Today, I waited 20 minutes for a single iced coffee. Avoid the inexcusable wait times and go to Tim’s next door.
Horribly slow service and when I finally got the burger it was a giant mess with a watery greasy patty. There is no way I will ever darken their door again. Awful awful experience.
This place is run down, no bathrooms, no seating, cash only, some of their digital menus don't work. Very dissatisfied with a company that has such high standards.
I have told the cashier three times I wanted a triple triple. She gives me coffee with 3 cream and 3 milk .. who orders that? This location has three cash registers.. please use them! please hire better cashiers and don’t train when it’s packed and busy please. The worst McDonalds I’ve been too.
We waited more then 30 minutes for our order. The line cannot fit the tv screen they display them on. The Uber orders have been taking priority over the people that are in store. REMEMBER, THIS IS FAST FOOD
Its really a good place to get takeaway in a timely manner. They rarely get orders mixed up and the staff are nice. Watch out for the homeless people on the street though.
Might be the worst location in all of Ottawa. Terrible hours of operation, food quality is lower than average McDonald's standards, forgetting whole items out of the orders. overall not worth it.
It's downtown, dirty, no washrooms to wash your hands before eating, and no ace to sit, (that's even if you wanted to). For me, I only go to get a coffee or milkshake and then I'm out.
