this place is always messing up the orders, receipts, and theres always a problem at this location in ottawa. i recommend going to any other mcdonalds in ottawa and you will have a better service.
I've been to McDonald's in at least 15 countries around the world. This McDonald's is the worst I've ever seen. The meat in the burger is overcooked, the nuggets are overdried. I just threw away my money. Toilets are dirty.

SHAME ON THE OWNER, Please be nice to the staff <3 you wait, 10 mins to 35 mins before you order, they dont care about the walk in either., they serve there UBER BIG ORDERS FIRST, IF YOU SEE UBER IN ORDER WALK WALK, your wait 20 mins
Absolutely horrible McDonald's. They never received my mobile order, even though I asked them to confirm they did. I waited 30 mins and then was told I would need to reorder it and then the order would still take about 25 mins to make. Also then was warned that they might not be able to do it because they were switching over to lunch menu soon. When I asked to speak to manager, she took no accountability and offered nothing to accommodate me. She also wouldn't even provide her name to me, likely because she knew I was going to file a complaint.
Couldn't use my 2 can dine coupons for nuggets even though it said I could. they forgot the nuggets in my kids happy meal. Very under staffed for large a large volume of customers.
As far as fast food goes, this one is actually fast!!! Cleanliness, availability, efficiency...all of what's expected.
Noticed strawberry sundaes weren't available and the flush handle for the toilet in the men's washroom main level was broken. Water leaked badly and the pipes moved around easily. Definitely don't like the wooden spoons that are given with the sundaes.
Considering the amount of others waiting there, this location got my order ready in an optimal time! I picked up overnight with a mobile order, since dining room closes at 10pm. They even went back and got mayonnaise when I asked.
Great service, pretty quick, it was fresh. However, I asked if there was ketchup in the bag and the employee told me yes. When I checked in the bag there was none. I had to walk back and ask for it (mobile order pickup). Lost a star for deceiving me. Overall it's a good McDonald's for late night.
Went for the apple pies; stayed for the atmosphere. It's like a drive-in but for walking through. Ed the Sock would have a whole season's worth of material doing a new show here!
