I don’t know if there is a true definition of a donut but these are not them. They are heavy cake with a hole in the middle. They look delicious but they are not. We couldn’t even finish the box. I recommend trying one and see if you like it. But they are definitely not donuts.
I have gone a few times and really liked the donuts but today was a bad experience.First I was told the debit machine was not working. I proceeded to order a donut and coffee. After paying with cash they realized there was no coffee and the person did not know how to work the coffee machine. I ended up having to get a refund for everything. You make good donuts but your service needs work. I won't be back.
Maple Bacon Donut... pretty sure that says it all. The other donuts were very delicious too.
I give up! If you care more about making sure you don't waste a single donut than actually having donuts remaining for your customers, then I just won't try coming anymore. I have gone 5 times and got what I wanted once, and got nothing 3 times because there was nothing left. I have come between 4 and 2 hours before closing those three times. It is ridiculous to be totally sold out or basically sold out by then.
I wasn’t overly impressed. The oil I think they used to fry tasted old which made the donuts taste old. Also pretty pricy for a donut. I also wish they would of had more options for donuts itself. It was the same donut with different toppings
The donuts are always great. Easily my favourite in the city. But the service ranges from cold to rude. Every time. Maybe this is just an issue at the Bank St. and Market locations, I've never been to the others. Whenever I'm in one of the stores, I always feel like I'm inconvenicing the staff. The cold stares, the lack of a greeting.Today I guess was the tipping point for me. I entered the store on Bank and there was a woman in front of me ordering half a dozen donuts. After that she shows an email to the woman behind the counter that states the next dozen donuts she buys will be some percentage off...After about 15 minutes of the woman behind the counter trying to figure out how to apply the discount, the customer whispers to her "maybe let that guy order?" referring to me. The woman behind the counter whispers back "nah, he can wait".At this point, I just decided to leave as there really didn't seem to be any end in sight.
Overpriced and no selection on a Tuesday of all days. We were the only ones in there & werent even greeted - just stared at. Trying to support small businesses but if you’re looking for one close to Mavericks, go next door. Had the opposite experience ?
The doughnuts were good but the service was poor.
First time coming here and was not disappointed. Had a wonderful experience thanks to Lili James who helped me pick out some donuts (there’s so many to choose from and they all look delicious). They even had vegan donuts (which I grabbed one of each!) Definitely coming back & recommending my friends come here?
Literally the best donuts in the world!!! I don’t usually write many reviews but I just had to for this place. I’ve now tried most of their flavours and there is no bad flavour, all are super delicious! You can taste how much love is put into each donut <3
