One of my worst experiences at a local food place I have ever experienced. The store owner is very rude, and so are a lot of his employees - I try to give people the benefit of the doubt of it being an off day but after buying from them every now and then for months now; I have noticed that aside from one or two of the employees working there most of them are just terrible at customer service. The food here is also subpar as anytime I order a shawarma they always give me the burnt parts of the meat unless a make a form of complaint. The cheese pies and meat pies are also not fresh.
Libnan Bakery is our go to place for shawarmas. They are always stuffed full of yummy goodness, and the owners/staff are very kind and generous. We’ve never been disappointed!
Amazing food truly delicious extremely nice staff nice little family ran spot an this family definitely knows how to run there spot always nice an clean always amazing quality food an your not waiting 20 mins for ur food it’s almost always ready with in 5/10 mins max you Gotta appreciate an support a nice lil family business highly highly recommend!!!
Best shawarma I’ve had in a long time. Full of flavour and very generous on the sauce. Also the owners are so so friendly and kind.
They are very rude and mean if you are not the same kind as them. Also there food is rotten and old vegetables. Never again.
Every time I visit Ottawa I make sure I pass by Libnan Bakery for breakfast. They offer the best Manakeesh , thyme, cheese, spinach and meat.
amazing food! great service.
I will not be returning to this location. The infrequent interactions I have had with a particular female, (who I believe is part owner) has been rude and not customer friendly at all. I have a reason to believe that because of the colour of my skin or how I look she has an unfortunate bias view of the black race. She does not say you welcome or a simple thank you, when greeted in a kind manner. She comes across quite short and rude. She also short changed me. I bought a cheese pie and she provided me with less change than the $1.75 that was owed to me. I do not blame others for their conditioning and how they may view others HOWEVER, I will not support a business that treats people poorly or unequal because they do not look like them or greet them in their ethnic language. The funny thing is I may not look like I speak Arabic but ACTUALLY, I am moderately fluent. I think the lesson to be learned here is..Don't ever judge a book by its cover!

I come here often as it's right near my home. It's really good! especially the shawarmas. The staff here are really nice and remember me. The coconut cookies are also amazing.
