The noodles are hand pulled, I don’t know where else in Ottawa they do this. The broth is delicious and the potions are huge. A small can easily feed two people. I ordered the dry noodles (hand pulled with bean sauce and meat), and the Brine pork intestine and pork belly, both were delicious however were advertised as spicy… they were not spicy at all. Their spice level there is very low, even their Chili oil they had on the table is not spicy. I wish they had a spicier hot sauce, other than that…great spot in the market. They also have these huge wooden spoon for the soup, Loved them! Service was great too!
this place is absolutely amazing! the staff is so polite and the food is so tasty! Got their signature noodle dish, and oh my god, the bowls are HUGE! The small itself was difficult to finish! the broth was yummy :) will definitely go again!
An excellent place to eat a delicious soup to warm up from the cold. The menu offers several varieties of soup, we chose item number one on the menu. The portions are very large, the photo shows a small soup (which I could not finish). The broth is clear and delicious, it combines very well with the chili oil to make it a little spicy.
Watching noodles being handmade in the window is half the experience of Le Mien.The other half is warming yourself with a hot bowl of delicious soup. Loaded with noodles, beef and cilantro, you will feel content and full.A great experience!
