“Bring your own Plates”- is what I got when I asked for couple of extra plastic cutlery plates.I understand savings but this was plain right cheap. Are they running a restaurant or joking if you are suffering loses just shut down dont tell a customer to bring their own plates!!!
When I went to there the wife of the owner was so rude to me. She was making my food and she was doing a bad job and in a nice way I asked if she can remake it but Instead she yelled at me and told me that I should leave! I have been here before and the lady that was here before was way nicer. She always took care of me and made sure that I was satisfied with my order. Never going back again!
The man working here (whom I assume is also the owner) is rude asking him politely to give me a takeout box . He threw it and asked me to place the food on the table ( I was close to the cashier) very rudely. I was shocked. I think that the woman who works here and her daughter (I believe) are usually much more friendly and easier to approach as compared to him. I’ve been coming here for the past decade but it is a BIG X now.
Customer service is REALLY POOR. Lack of manners and kindness.They didn't have all the ice cream flavors we were looking for... so this visit was really disappointing.
One of the better dessert places in Ottawa. They have a variety of different fresh juices, crepes, waffles and ice cream. My favorite is the mango cocktail with ashta, pistachio and honey. The customer service and design could use some improvement.
The best mango juice. The price is good. I love it it is an amazing place to visit at Ottawa. All the people I know recommend me. It is really traditional and nice place.
Very friendly staff! And the Jamaica Crêpe is a must have if you have a sweet tooth!

I use to be a regular at this place,lately the quality of sevice is way down and the size of items shrink significantly,to add insult to injury,today October 25/2021 at 4 pm I went there with a family member to order 4 items from the menu and the person who was at the service counter was so rude and mean that we were so disappointed to the extent that we cancelled the orders and went next door who happened to carry very similar items,unfortunately,that La bocca place has lost my business and also i will be spreading the news to all my friends and relatives about that bad experience,the managment better hire polite people and not otherwise,and also they should be back to their old managment ,the current one is not generous and above all not customer oriented one.SHAME ON THEM.
