I heard about this place from a friend who told me I absolutely had to try the Khokha Roll. I went last night and they were NOT wrong - it is one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth! So many flavours merging together perfectly and just the right amount of heat. I cannot wait to go back and try more items from the menu. The restaurant is family owned and run, and everybody is so nice and friendly! :-)
While out walking my grandson and my dog ,I came across this lovely restaurant. The owner came out to greet me and tell me how cute it was to see my dog in the stroller. She very kindly invited me in to warm up.Upon returning home, i decided to order our evening meal from there.We were very pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious, she even added a few little extras for tasting. We will definitely be ordering from there again soon. It was very heartwarming to see the entire family happily working there. Congratulations on your success, happy Annivesary.
We recently found this little family run gem in Barrhaven! All I can say is the food was soooo tasty, fresh and good portions. Definitely a must try!
Ambiance and customer service is good .Food is pricy, and the taste is okish,..If I were them I would work on building the true authentic taste and improve portion size.. was disappointed with the Biryani and Chat, both of them had too much salt in them
The place is nice but the taste of the food is 4/10. ? we had the traditional halwa puri breakfast btw. As much as I wish to support the local businesses, the quality of the food won’t have returning customers. Unfortunately.
Terrific service, cool décor. Best Pakistani meal I've had since I was last in Karachi. If you want street food, it's a takeaway. If you want awesome main courses, they're cooked fresh, so plan for the pause... I can't recommend Khokha too highly!❤️?
Excellent Food & Service!
I visited this cute takeout about 2 weeks ago. First thing's first : Love the family run business - They care. 1) Khokha was the only place in that mall with an outdoor garbage. Thank you 2) My dog Max noticed they're also pet friendly with their water bowl. 3) (last but not least, most importantly) The food was amazing ! The owner listened to what I wanted and made a recommendation. I know this because he helped me realize I really wanted beef even if the chicken was on sale. Kudos, and Blessing. I look forward to my next visit.
Ordered chicken Hakka noodles. There was no chicken. Have ordered this multiple times but never has been this issue. So disappointed as we came all the way and opened to find only noodles.
Tried the Khokha Roll for the first time, it was amazing. The best chicken roll I’ve had in Ottawa. The flavours just melt in your mouth and it’s lip smacking. For sure, would be back again to try other delicacies and the roll again. 5 stars any day.
