I'm so disappointed that my favorite fast food restaurant has been taken over by people whom don't care about quality and service. They never have white breast meat (any time I have been in) Closed at odd hours like 6:05 pm on a week night. Sitting behind the counter not doing anything, restaurant is totally empty, Hunt Club is the busiest roads in Ottawa, but when you order "we only have dark meat, can you wait 30 minutes while we fry some up" This is also the same for the Alta Vista Location, Barrhaven and Kemptiville. I am wondering if KFC restaurants in Ottawa are purposely being driven to the ground perhaps to bring in another franchise....Barrhaven seems to think that if you have a coupon then you can only receive dark meat! This goes for any bucket meal. The manager told me to my face "dark meat only with coupons"!! Alta Vista has been cutting their pieces in half...Kemptville closes down for lunch for their employees and if there is a few centimeters of snow, then the restaurant as a whole is SHUT DOWN...they never have gravy (the few times I have been there) Just weird. Like I said, KFC is not like it was when we were growing up...Pity

I just placed an order through doordash and it got canceled because they are closed!!! Who closes at 6pm??? And google says you close at 8pm!!
Do not recommend this place, I just picked up twister wrap, it is not fresh, weird taste.
Clean nice place and nice people. Pick up time was not precise despite the fact that it was not busy at all and I was the only costumer.
Order ahead with a simple request... no mayo on one sandwich. Of course there is mayo on it and they take 15 minutes to make a new one. Avoid if you value your time and money...
Chicken lover’s this is your place before you eat you enjoy the smell of chicken just order uber Skipthedishes or Doordhash where ever you are is ready for you

Bad service they tell you 15 minutes for 4 pieces of chicken and they give it to you after 30 minutes and other people are served before you and they arrive after you. They should pay more attention.
