Did not like the chicken chicken dark ans soggy look like the chicken old no macaroni salad gravy taste water and if you order with ubber and you make mistake they charge us the price twice its cost me 120.00 for 12 pieces this is today at 4 pm not going there anyore
We received the regular KFC coupons in the mail yesterday. My wife went to the St. Laurent mall location and was told sorry we don't take the coupons. I read the coupons and St. Laurent mall location is not excluded. So KFC prints coupons and mails them out only to turn paying customer's away at the point of sale???? Concerned ex customer
This location always closes 20-30 minutes before its closing time... Looks like they don't want business. I've seen this happen on multiple occasions.
We got here 25mins before close and wanted to get a bucket of chicken. She said no because they close in 25mins. Why are you open for those 25mins then if you’re not going to take orders???
Please be careful ! They do not accpet online coupon and will try to sell you reagular meal. If you have a plan to order and drive all the way there for a meal, do get fooled! All their online coupon is not accpeted there and you have to pay regular price for what they have.
Not good customer service. They are fanatical about the customer and are very slow. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken meal, and they did not put any sauce in it. Thein I asked theim to add any sauce but they want to charge me for a a ketchup or mustard!!!!!!!
I went to order my dinner and asked for their five dollar fill-up box. Not only was it now $6.30 but apparently the assistant manager didn't like that I wasn't aware of the price hike, and was telling his co-worker that I was a very difficult customer, which I find quite rude and unprofessional. The reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of lower is that they got my order correct unlike most locations here in Ottawa.
Great serviceWent in to get a 4 piece for boyfriend and after purchasing it I noticed they changed their recipes with egg and boyfriend highly allergic, so I apologized and they refunded my money. Thanks to the staff for being understanding.
Please don't eat there, you are doing yourself a great favor and save your money from going to garbage... It is not food at all it is sad
I have Coffee in the foodcourt sometimes and I see the lady cleaning the kitchen she does a great job.Very clean and you can tell by the taste they change thier cooking oil often!
