Ordered dinner for myself. Explicitly stated the delivery will need to come to my door as I cannot leave my apartment. Ensured buzzer number and apartment number were clearly stated. Driver called on arrival or me to go downstairs to the main lobby to get my food. I explained to the driver personally that I cannot leave my apartment and he needed to buzz in and bring the food to my apartment door as originally requested. Driver hung up on me. Did not buzz in or deliver the food as requested. I called the customer service and got hung up on 4 different times. Finally decided just to cancel the order. I will NEVER be ordering from this KFC location ever again. Absolutely atrocious delivery services.
They close at 10pm.. Went in at 9:30pm and was told they are out of chicken. I hope they get their delivery before they open at 11am tomorrow..
I have found in the last decade or so that KFC has really slipped and gone downhill and is not any one particular location I live in London Ontario I've tried several KFCs here I've tried some in Cambridge Belleville Windsor and the Ottawa area and they all seem to have some of the same issues one the chicken is just completely saturated soaking wet dripping with grease either they're not cooking it at high enough temperatures and letting it drip dry properly or it's sitting in puddles of Grease before they put it in your containers and absorbing it all in and all you get is mouthful of cold sludgy GreaseWhile generally I have always loved the spices and taste of Kentucky Fried Chicken this is saturated in Greece stuff has been going on a long time all over the place and I have slowed down drastically from eating KFC at all anymore I wouldn't say that I have boycotted them but it's just no longer enjoyable to eat there anymore
This restaurant is filthy. Full of indians speaking between each other that horrible language. Tables aren't cleaned up after each customer finishes their meal. They are full of water and crumbs.The indian cashier is so cheap. I asked for ketchup and he handed me 2 lol and then asks "is 2 ok?"I ordered the big crunch combo.They have ZERO lettuce. How is that even possible? My burger was FULL of mayo and the chicken and buns were freezing cold. Fries we ok but they didn't fill up the bag. It was my very first time here. And of course the last one.
The chicken was inedible. Tasted like maybe they used very old oil? Will never return to this location
This Is by far the worst KFC location. Not only are they rude they also legitmently cannot speak English. Today Once again I attempted to order from here via their site. Now you'd think this would solve the problem. NOPE! I ordered at 6. I was told my order would be ready by 6:47 and it gets here at 7:10! after I called the location 4 times and they told me they hadn't even processed my order at 6:47 yet. When the order does arrive the driver ditches the food in the main public lobby when the instructions were very clear.This Location Needs a serious Staff re-haul
I was very impressed by the service today. I am a courier, and found the service polite and friendly. The male server went above and beyond when he offered me a drink while I had to wait for the order I was collecting. It's really hard to find service like this nowadays, so it is really appreciated.
Not even one star. Just had a terrible experience with this store. Placed an order online at 6.05pm and delivery will be 6.45pm. Called the store at 7.00pm they said the order will be on the way. Called again at 7.15 to follow up they said still in progress. Did follow up again at 7.30pm they cannot give me an estimate. Talked to the shift manager named Raman, just telling me that my order will come. She is always cutting me off and not symphatetic. She even passed the phone to her staff named Zaid and my husband spoke to him in 7.40pm if the order is still not delivered will cancel our order. Then 7.45pm comes still no food delivery. We finally cancel our order. Will never order food to this store ever again and will not recommend to any of our friends. No wonder they are loosing costumers.
Ordered using google for their store. Food was 40 mins later than the time told. Was very cold and ruined and they got the order wrong. Typically comes to 70 dollars with all the charges for two ppl to eat. The store location is 6 minutes from my address. Very disappointed. If ordering from the st laurent location just walk in if u chance it at all.
I had ordered a famous chicken meal for two using a coupon and one of the Chicken sandwiches had a long dark hair in it. UnacceptableAnd they did not give me a receipt or staple one to the bag
