always like the colonel's 11 herbs and spices fried chicken.
This place gives KFC a bad name. The chicken was not crispy and had too much grease, and very little chicken. It doesn't taste like the original recipe.
I visited this evening using the drive through service.The chicken is the worst I've had from KFC, clearly over fried with the batter just shy if burnt , flavor was bland.Exiting the drive through , one almost needs a 4x4 vehicle , the numerous pot holes /craters in the parking lot is horrendous and is a great risk of damaging your vehicle.
Out of four orders, they messed up three. Paid for a three piece meal, got only two pieces. I decided to not bother about their mistake. Second order was fine. Third order was missing the fries and gravy and today, she completely forgot to add the fries. Today, there was no one else in there and they still messed up my order. Each time I called to address the problem. the manager always says that next time they'll give me the missing item.??? How about you guys walk it over and deliver it? They won't out of pure laziness. There were two employees present and it was extremely slow in there. I can't lock up our store to run to them each time especially since it's their mistake AGAIN. Totally disappointed. They just lost a customer. Will never return and head office will hear from me this time. This is unacceptable.
I'v eaten at alot of KFC restaurants. It's hit or miss for most of them. Dry chicken, cold fries. This location is different... it's excellent. I never regret eating here. Chickens always fresh. Food is always hot. It's by far my favorite KFC in the city
100% guarantee they will give you the wrong sauce. At this point it seems intentional. They don’t take orders over phone - so you’re stuck coming in to order and waiting. One would think they’d want to minimize customers time inside during a pandemic. Employee in back had mask off, touched mouth with hand to put it back on, didn’t wash hands before going back to work.
I just want to say a big thank you to the staff that worked Saturday January 29 , as a Montrealer i was really impressed with the man who served me … I didn’t have change for tip and he responded to me with « we just appreciate your support « and that stuck to me … i asked if he was the owner and he told me no …. So just the fact that those little words of appreciation came from an employee and not a owner I will definitely be back when in Ottawa and I will double tip next time …. Thank you again great restaurant great staff and food was excellent !
Excellent customer service, however this location is a little slow when it comes to putting out orders. I could understand if they sold anything besides chicken and sides but... It's pretty obvious what everyone is there.
Pickup mobile order. Bucket of chicken to celebrate at home.The order was ready on time and complete (the side was incorrect but I don’t care too much about that). Order was still warm when I got home.The cashier needs some customer service training, no unpleasant experience, just that he seemed inexperienced and everyone needs feedback to get better at their jobs.Unfortunately the chicken (bone in & tenders) were incredibly salty and dry. It took many cups of water to push it down. I’m honestly not a picky eater but I think this batch was just not good. At least it was fully cooked through unlike Popeyes. You can drown dry chicken in sauce to eat it, you can’t cook the insides of a large piece at the table. So still better than popeyes.Popcorn chicken goes great with bbq sauce
Placed a counter order with a lovely teller. Very polite. Only problem was my meal unordered did not come with the fried it was was supposed to and I also paid for an extra gravy, that I clearly did not receive.While that is pretty minor, the store was not busy with counter orders. Just need to read the order slip a little closer to get the order right. I'll still go back.
