This was our first time here at Kettlemans and we had a wonderful customer experience. Thank you very much. Bagels are fantastic. Greetings from Switzerland ??

Hot fresh bagels 1st thing in the morning is an eye opener. The smell inside the store is incredible and the staff is very friendly. Looking forward to the next trip to get more different types.

Always love fresh bagels from Kettlemans. And sandwiches made with their fresh bagels. It’s a favourite wherever we’re visiting - we don’t have them near us now. And their day olds aren’t bad either to buy on sale and throw in the freezer.

First time at Kettleman's and had a great experience! Loved seeing that giant hunk of dough being freshly rolled out into bagels. The inside is very clean and nice. I got the special St Patty's bagel and it was so delicious! Just a bit expensive at 4.50 each but I think it's because it was a special holiday bagel. Will be back to try out the sandwiches next!

Kettelman’s makes one of the best bagels in Ottawa and for a great price too.We visited the one in the trainyards. The bagel tasted fresh and smell amazing. There is a wide selection of breakfast bagels and cream cheese.I love kettleman’s bagel!

The girl who took my order was extremely kind and patient. Checked the top of my receipt and her name was Maya. Super friendly, was great to receive amazing service from someone around my age group. First time visiting this location and I was not disappointed.

If you are looking for bagels in Ottawa this is the place to go!Delicious bagels and bagel sandwiches. They cook the bagels in store so the smell is amazing once you walk in.Wide selection of cream cheese also.

just tried the chocolate bagels and loved them so yummy !!!!

Kettlemans makes one of the best bagels in Ottawa hands down. Their sesame bagels do not disappoint and I love that they sell odds and ends in shop like Chicago style pickles in tubs. They also sell things like cream cheese and olives. I did find the olives to be too salty and a bit overpriced at just over seven dollars a container.

I've always overheard my coworkers fawning about this place and I got really curious and tried it myself. And to no surprise, their hype was justified when I tried their sandwiches. I LOVE their bagels. I crave the Cubano sandwich almost everyday now. Their tuna sandwich is also delicious and I love that they put a decent amount of filling/toppings. My mom and I really enjoyed those sandwiches. The place looks clean and the service is quick. Their prices are a little high but you can't really find anything like it. I've yet to try the other flavors of their bagels. Highly recommended.
