I went there for lunch today and I've got to say WOW. It was a bit hard for me to order because there was a loud machine outside and there were some options I wasn't familiar with. The lady making the shawarma (seems to be the owner,) was very patient with me, lol. They have Pita and Saj, there is lots of different spices and flavours in the sandwich but they work well together. Delicious! Oh, and idk what they put on the potatoes (paprika and curry, maybe?) but I was definitely a fan.Chukram habibti! :)
It is one of the best shawarma I have eaten since I moved to Ottawa. I tried so many other stores but this one was the best. The staff is very kind, friendly and welcoming. I felt like I’m one of their loyal customers though it was my first visit. Definitely will go there again!
Ordered from uber eats, and to be very honest, it was a huge waste of money as I ended up throwing the whole order in the garbage. The shawerma was oily and the chicken had a lot of fat. Pickles tasted like they were about to go bad. The only good thing was the fries, however the paprika sprinkled on them was unnecessary. The falafel on the other hand was obviously old leftovers that were fried again because they were soggy on the outside yet dry on the inside. I don't know how they got a 4.5 star because it tastes nothing like authentic middle eastern food. Very disappointed, would not order ever again.
I went late around 9.30ish on Sunday. The lady is nice, suggested me different options on breads, added extra onions, made fully filled Shawarma. I loved the garlic sauce. It's so huge and delicious. I will definitely visit again :)
Terrible customer service today!! This restaurant is a go to for us as it is very close from where I live. Usually there is a lady (i think is the owner) who is very friendly and good with customer service. However, today I went after a while and a new staff was working. She was extremely rude, in a rush and doesn’t have any customer service skills. She kept arguing whole time for every small thing. Never had such experience before at this place.
We used to be a regular customer here but not anymore.. ordered family meal deal on Tues Dec 21. 1:20- 35 pm when we got our order..When we ate we found hair in the wrap..extremely disgusting. I left a review on their facebook page and they deleted it..this place is really dirty i must say...! Also they serve stale fries.Edit: Don't want to argue but my husband picked up the wraps and there was an aged lady working there. She was the only one taking the order and preparing it. The takeout order before mine also got the full salad tray with the same family meal.Now u don't sell the salad anymore ..thanks for letting us know as there is one more reason not to come here.P.S. 1 star only for the salad which used to be good because they don't give salads now.
Amazing place and always has the best shawarmas in town. People who work there are really generous and very welcoming.
