I thought the previous reviews indicated quality of this restaurant's food. Nope, likely the worst Chinese takeout - bar none. The General Tao and Beef with vegetables were inedible. Terrible! The only reason I gave it 1 star is the only way to give it a review. The restaurant itself is filthy and had I known that, prior to ordering I would not have ordered. Overpriced and lousy is my go desription to on this restaurant. Wasted $57!
Great wonton soup, and had some Cantonese style noodles with a chicken. Fried rice, all delicious and fast service. Try them out!!!!
Really disappointed with the food... The $18 fried rice has nothing in it, and it tasted weird. If you want to advertise it as a house special, you should make it special... My bf thinks there's definitely something missing in the dish and I think it's $18 missing.... The rice bowl comes with the dim sum or the veggies I ordered (not sure which one) was basically not edible... Bad quality rice and not fresh. You might wanna think about the rice and oil you use for your dishes... Those are not the rice you expect to eat in a Chinese restaurant. Over priced food, kinda rude service, I really don't know where those 4 stars reviews came from... Not coming back.
Best Shanghai noodles in the Ottawa area along with sweet and sour chicken or pork. Anyone who misses Hakka Chinese food of Toronto this is the closest. And friendly service with great portions.
They don’t know how to make Beef Chow Mein. After having a perfect Beef Chow Mein from Hong Kong Express on Rideau recently I was hungry for more.Beef chow Mein is supposed to be crispy, oily with thinly sliced vegetables what I got was dry noodles that were undercooked (some not cooked at all), thick diced peppers & onions with a small amount of beef and some weird thick sauce.Extremely dissatisfied. Guess Kanata has no decent Chinese restaurants.
Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with Beef, fish filets in hot chili oil &sauce, spicy beef with bell paper. Taste good.

First time customer. Now will be permanent. Was looking for a Chinese food place since I moved to Kanata. Close to me and the food was delicious! Forgot to take a photo but highly recommend.
