Was incredibly busy , however service was still on point and food was amazing !!!!
Great food! Live DJ which I wasn't expecting and great service. We had the guacamole as an appetizer and I highly recommend it!

I wanted to send out a positive review for the Jack Astor's on Hunt Club. I have been ordering from them for pick-up and delivery regularly since the pandemic started and we have always been pleased with their food and service. Today we ordered for delivery for 6 people and when we received our order, 2 meals were missing. We realized that the error must have happened at the restaurant so I called and spoke with Kim, the manager working. She was very sorry for the mixup and offered us a refund on the spot for the two meals. I said that I still wanted the 2 meals so she offered to make us two meals free of charge. We said we would pick it up to get it quicker and we were pleased with the meals and she threw in a free dessert. Even though the error was made they went out of their way to correct it and it was greatly appreciated. Thanks to all of your staff for the continued great service!
This is the first time I’ve had restaurant fish and chips in a very long time … it was amazing!!! Most restaurants do a beer batter, but I’m allergic to beer. The Vodka Soda batter was light and crispy, bordering on tempura. I’m not usually one for tartar sauce, either, but I used it all up dunking my fries in it English style. I did try the house root beer, which I found to be really mild without the sassafras punch I was expecting. My husband had an amazing looking burger that’s on my radar for our next visit.
went here for my 18th bday, gave me a birthday brownie! super cute! great service and very nice staff. and I highly recommend the buffalo chicken sandwich with coleslaw on it (if you like spice?) thanks jack astors :-)
I knew Jack Astor’s for its amazing wings, and decided to stop by with my parents for a lunch on the go. My dad got a burger, mom the Fish N Chips and I tried the Mexicain Chicken Bowl. It was delish, full of flavors and just perfectly spicy!By the way, our waitress was so great! Despite the mask, I could see her smile, she was quick, efficient and funny.
**EDIT** Updating my review. So impressed with how quickly Kyla & the GM, Lauren, connected to address my concerns. Both were professional and prompt in their responses. Lauren stated that she will also provide the feedback to her team. I will definitely give the chicken fingers another shot when I'm in town.Gave it 3 stars because our server was awesome and the Peanut Butter Tart was fire. The rest was meh. COVID protocol was good....a bit intense. The hostess was stressed to the max. Felt like we were going through customs instead of going to a restaurant. Had the Sriracha & lime chicken tenders - would not recommend. Lukewarm and it had almost a plastic taste. Definitely gave me a sore tummy the next day. I think the fryer oil needed to get changed.
Overall the. Earl was very good.2lb of wings were done just right, Caesar on the side was perfect.Childs tossed and sauces chicken bites and fries were a huge hit.But the Mexican bowl with chicken left a lot to be desired. Lack flavour, and chicken was minimal, maybe a quarter portion of a breast. And for something called Mexican, it should have a more robust flavour.Service though was fantastic. Waitress and staff top notch.
Ordered nachos through uber eats, hardly any chicken/toppings on the nachos, no sour cream, no salsa and forgot my coke zero. Coulda made these at home… woulda been cheaper and better. I mean I get its sunday, but as long as you’re open and delivering, food should be up to standard. Will Order from broadways from now on…. Or maybe go to independent and get my own tortilla chips. Sort out your sunday staff.
