This is one of the 2 Harvey location I frequent but I am going to make this one my go too now for 2 reasons. 1) never had an issues with service or my order being correct at this location. 2) the last time I went thru the drive though at this location (2 days ago) the employee was excited by and complemented me on my "awesome" mutton chops (his words), which made my day even better.
Their customer service in the restaurant is very lacking and if fill in their questionaire as suggested on the receipt HQ loses it and the restaurants asks you to waste another half-hour and fill out another one. Would suggest visiting any other franchise to get your Harveys fix - Richmond Road and Merivale Road locations are a good option.
Do yourself a favor and try the Merivale Road Harvey's location instead of this one - staff there are a lot more attuned to the needs of the customer and don't drag their feet on how a customer wants to dress their burger plus they aren't always our of certain side orders.
I love Harvey's but I received painfully bad in-store service within the restaurant over the weekend. Staff clearly doesn't want to be there. Either try a different Harvey's, or if you visit this one, going through the drive-through might be less painful for everyone.
Customer-facing staff is untrained, rude, and disrespectful here! Suggest finding anther Harvey's where customers are treated properly and management cares about having customers return!
Unfriendly staff (with a behaviour of rudeness)!This place don’t let homeless to buy food ! Why ? I offered food to a poor man, and you treat me very bad, and asking me why I am buying food for him. Is this Canada ? You don’t like my money? I can’t believe what it is happening on on this place. This is harassment!
I got off the bus just to find out that the walk-in finished at 10pm. I thought I could get grace from that cashier, he ignored me as i was freezing in the cold.They didn't want me to order because I didn't have a car for drive-thru. They don't specify when walk-in are closed on the website nor Google search
Food was okay but onion rings were fried few times before gentlemen gave it to me. I didn't pay money to eat old oily unhealthy onion rings.
Looks like Harvey's decided to not serve people who don't drive expects us to walk through drive thru luckily other places more than accommodating for us and want our business
Went through drive through and got half a size of poutine. When went inside I was told this is the size we pour in inside the box and how come I never had it in my life till now with half a size poutine with paying full money. Drive through orders check your wrapped food before leaving! Big scam!!
