I went to this place and after I got my food you are not going to believe this but I got covid after leaving this place. So someone who I believe was sick with the covid and was working there and they did not care about the other people who were there or some customer who didn't care about isolating and got other people sick will not be going back to this harveys
Came into to try their poutines and I was quite pleased. The reason it lost a point is because it was drenched in gravy. They have 4 great poutine options and honest to God, I would have gave it a 5 if it had way less gravy. I would definitely recommend they go easier on the gravy but if they don't make sure you tell them to not go crazy generous with the gravy. All in all, I did enjoy the poutine so I will definitely be back. The staff was great btw, from the cashier to the people who made my poutine. Keep up the great work
***edit: i just asked for another complicated order today (all toppings and sauces on the side) and theyre gonna do it for me, no complaints and smiling through the phone. LOVE THEM.I don't usually give reviews for fast food places (shame on me) but Harvey's is one of my fave fast food spots and this specific location is the BEST. Sweetest employees, they always get everything done right, presented properly and they always hook it up when I ask for specific favours they could say no to. They're so kind and they have to deal with a lot of BS at this location so show them some love if you can.
I know the whole blah kinda opinion on fast food. But hands down , the is Harvey's gets my money least twice a week great freindly old gal works cash, so bubbly and caring good is always fresh an hot
The owner is an amazing woman. Very hard worker. She treats her staff like family. Foods always fresh, hot , and delicious. I always feel welcomed when I go and enjoy my experience each time. Worth spending your money here! One of my bosses favorite places to send me to get her food when she's hungry! Great energy in there!
Ordered online using the app. Order was ready when I arrived and was accurate. Staff could have been a bit more friendly. Store was clean and bright.
The food is delicious, the staff was friendly, but they lose one star because the bathroom was out of service. Bologna. They're using the pandemic as an excuse to not have to keep their bathrooms clean.
Good food but when trying to stand near the window to eat since everything was blocked off due to tyranical rules forcing people not to dine in, the staff couldn't mind their P's and Q's and started freaking out .... When we had no issue standing in line talking with no masks on our face for 20 minutes.... There is no consistency.
After a long drive to 613, this place is really convenient for us and all of us wanted have burgers.Dine-in was still available and as there was nobody in the restaurant we decided to eat in. We had veggie burgers, fries, onion rings and a poutine. Some made vegan and all the burgers just the way we wanted it - customized to our preferences.We love the burgers here and love a good deal. Both available on the day of our visit. The fries perfectly fried. The toppings plenty. Wish they had a vegan version of the ghost pepper sauce.
I've been going to that Harvey's on Bronson for about 10 years the Staff are very Professional friendly kind attentive lovely smiles the Food is Always Consistent Always Fresh Always Great and there's plenty of it and the Price is Awesome inexpensive..You sure get your moneys worth..Congratulations to all the Staff Cook and all Mush Success New Year's 2021 ..Thank you
