I usually have very good experiences at this location and the people who work there are great. I have been coming to this location for a very long time. On one occasion I tapped my bank card to pay for my meal they said it didn't go through. So I tapped again and it went through this time and I asked was I charged twice and they said no. A few days later I got a notification from my bank saying that Harvey's charged me twice. I brought this to the attention of the manager and he said he could not find this transaction. This doesn't make sense I've been coming to this location for years this is the very first problem I've ever had and I actually had proof from my bank saying that I was charged twice. Good customer service alone should have given me a free meal. But you don't get good customer service that often anymore. Though the workers in this location are nice and really good at what they do. Unfortunately the manager is not among them when it comes to customer service. Here is an example of great customer service; I made an order at the restaurant The Blue Cactus and I picked it up and went home and realized they forgot to give me an item I ordered. I went back to the Blue Cactus and not only did they give me a fresh batch of what I ordered with extras, they also gave me a $20 gift card to use the next time I was at their restaurant. And they believed me without proof which I had in the Harveys situation. That is great customer service. Learn from that Harvey's learn from that.
Really pleasant stay, the server was really nice and had so much great energy and even tho we had no idea of what to eat there, he presented us through everything they had and just so nice.
Burgers and fries/onion rings are good but I would just go for the shakes. Oreo, nutella, etc. Yum!
Person taking my order was not very nice and probably used the wrong paiment method since my card was declined even though I used it all day every where else. I suspect she was using debit instead of credit since after telling her twice it was a credit card I paid debit and it worked. I could tell she was not even listening when I was telling her so. But the food was good and hot and service was fast. It could have been a 5 star.

Had to go back to the counter for my redbull, staff that served me tried to say I didnt pay for one but I did, and my hot dog was complete trash and inedible, after barely stomaching the first bite I promptly threw it away, I am a fan of Harveys and especially their hot dogs, but this was my first visit (and likely my last) to this particular location.

The fact that it's open until very late is very convenient for people working at the nearby hospital.
Food is always good hot. Staff are friendly and efficient
Food was hot and fresh. Just the way it should be. Friendly cashier. And food came off the grill fast.
