I really enjoy Gong Cha’s menu. The pearls are always good and their crème brûlée strawberry latte is delicious and my go to. The coconut taro was good and made me feel nostalgic. Will need to try other items.
After trying all the bubble tea places, this became my favourite bubble tea in Ottawa. Very authentic milk tea!
My mom had the Pearl milk tea and I had the matcha tea with red bean. Both were absolutely delicious! I think this may be my new favourite bubble tea place in Ottawa.
I was very excited to try Gongcha. I’ve been impatiently waiting for them to open!I got Strawberry Chocolate Milk Tea with pearls, and oreo cream cheese foam.I got it with no ice, but tea was warm when I received it - I would get ice next time to enjoy it cold.The drink itself was nice. I would try it again.However, the cream cheese foam on top was extremely salty.. as if you grab a handful of salt and eat it.I couldn’t finish the drink at the end, and it gave me bad stomachache soon after.+ getting more tasty! I highly recommend the matcha mango drink to everybody
Love it. The drinks are great, the ordering process is very simple, even for first time customers. The new shop looks amazing, very glad we have this shop right by bank and fifth, instead of the old Booster Juice.
Their classic milk tea with tapioca pearls is great, I got it at 30% sugar level.

I tried their waffle with strawberry soft serve and I didn’t get disappointed at all, the soft serve tasted sooo good and the waffle was cooked perfectly, diffidently going to try their drinks as well
Ordered a Creme Brulee Strawberry Latte with Pearls through UberEats and the order came without pearls, it also came without a straw but luckily I have a reusable straw. The redeeming point of the place is that its drinks are good.
I love the strong potent tea flavour in Gong Cha drinks. They were having a buy one get one free offer so I was able to snag 2 drinks for around $6. Got the 3J Earl Grey Milk Tea and the Wintermelon Milk Tea with Grass Jelly. I like that you can customize the sugar level. I went with 30% sweet for both of them and it was still a bit too sweet for me. They are really popular. It was busy, but the staff worked quickly and were pretty friendly and welcoming. Glad to have a bubble tea place in The Glebe.
