We were visiting Ottawa and my husband told me about this place and how good it was. I was looking for healthy options, so I tried it. I had a salad bowl and smoothie. Both were really good. I think this will be my lunch choice for our remaining days in Ottawa.
Found this restaurant during lockdown, and I’ve been ordering from here ever since! Basically have tried everything in the menu, best Green Curry/Bamboo bowl in town! The store is always clean, and staff is above and beyond. They were able to accommodate with my allergies, and were very strict with making sure the bowl was safe for me to eat.With the pandemic and flu season, their immune elixirs are one of the must-haves to get over any symptoms and have kept me feeling on top my health.For breakfast, their Mixed Berries Cali bowl is one of the best in town. Definitely will continue to support this local business, thank you for the continuously amazing service.
Received a custom bowl for 17 dollars with quinoa and chicken.No veggies nothingJust sauce, two chicken pieces and half a bowl of quinoa.Thank God I ordered some black beans on topWhat the hell freshii!Why cheat people out of their money for something this small?
No hairnets, no beard-nets, nothing. A hair was plastered to a piece of tofu (which I paid extra for) in my salad and when I called back to tell them the teenager who answered chuckled about not knowing what to do. Whether the mishap was due to a lack of sanitary requirements or just plain unprofessionalism I don’t know, but I will not be going back.

Service, freshness and taste of food were excellent but disappointed with serving size for cost. Barely enough sauce so meals were very dry.
I am shocked that the owner had the audacity to put his own tip onto the bill. The fact he added it, is unacceptable. Especially since I was willing to give a tip, I sshould be charged an "other" fee that is equivalent to 15-20% of the bill. BEWARE PEOPLE! MAKE SURE TO GRAB A RECEIPT AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE FAIRLY CHARGED.
Love the Oaxaca bowl! All ingredients are super fresh, and the bowl is fully packed. Great vegan options, can’t go wrong! The cilantro lime dressing is my fave!
