Very disappointed in the huntclub location 5 guys is known for their generous fries unfortunately this location is cheap and they count their fries. I had asked for extra and the employee with short hair he rejected. It’s the customer service for me and clearly he doesn’t about his customers if there was an extra large fry I would order it but unfortunately there isn’t. When ordering a size I recommend you get one size up because it’s very little portion.
Food is consistent. Shakes are delicious. I'd say it ts probably the dirtiest and greasiest of Five Guys places I've been. Floors feel like a skate rink.
Great service and food! Our burgers were missing an ingredient and they made us new ones right away and offered us a free meal! Delicious as always!
It was my second time ordering from here after our daughter had a hankering for a grilled cheese sandwich. Typically something we would make at home but with the power outage we went exploring.... Lo and behold, these guys has this basic item on their menu. Something you might expect in a 50's era diner but where else? My expectations weren't very high, but were we ever in for a surprise! This looked like a quiche and even had bacon too. My hamburger was the juiciest and tastiest one I had eaten in years. Even going with the w single meat patty the second time round it was still plenty for me and very satisfying. Place was plenty busy too. Check them out.
I usually love this place. I ordered yesterday and was not happy. I requested mayo, bbq sauce, ketchup and didn't get any of those. All they gave me was the mustard.(So all I had was mustard to put on the burger) I ordered the cajun fries and there was hardly any seasoning on them. I had to add my own (regular) salt. The milkshake (which was all melted when it got to me) was basically chocolate because there was very little salted caramel in it. So I was very disappointed. I rarely order out because it's expensive for me. I love dipping my fries in mayo, so I missed out on that too. Won't be ordering again. :(
I've worked in the service industry for year's. I have to laud 5Guys. This was the most outstanding experience that I've had the pleasure of happening upon. The service was top notch, right from ordering to the finished product. Fresh hot and exactly what I needed. It's been 6 years since I've endeavored to try a take out burger. The price is as to be expected but of a much higher quality of ingredients. Thank you for that delectable treat, I couldn't make it better.This is the go to for the best burger, in my opinion in Ottawa.Thank you
An average burger from an average burger place. It's better than McDonald's, not as good as Wendy's or Harvey's. The Works would be a better place to visit for a slightly better burger.
I was very unimpressed with my $60 dollar meal the staff put so much sauce and mayo the buns fell apart and I was left eating a pile of hamburg slop with a fork. As for the fries there was enough salt on them to use on the city streets. To be fair it's not my first time there but it has been a long time and I think that it is going to be a long time again before I go back to get dinner for the family.
On April 22 2022. I had ordered a cheese burger including the combo. The order was separated with the burger having it’s own bag and number, as well as the combo.Upon inquiring about the burger which was not included in the same bag as my combo, I had requested from the employee who assigns the orders to the customers why my burger is missing, he responded with “ what you order is what you get” without presenting any customer service skills, he continued his work as if I did not exist.In conclusion, I received my burger (which tasted dry) in a separate bag and number, upon discussing the order with the employee on the cash register.
Location Hunt Club in OttawaAfter watching staff throw french fries at the cashier while taking our order, removing a customer card that stated" I love 5 guys as much as I love cum" on their review board I got home to find out that my the burger which I ordered bun less due to wheat allergy was in a bun. Called the store, to have the "manager" lie saying it wasn't on the order.. yet on the receipt it states allergy..Last time I'll be ordering there
