They do not take calls, they took a week to answer my email. I wanted to reserve a date and time that was unavailable online. They told me to wait and book online. Now there's not enough spaces for my family on my daughter's birthday even though i emailed a month ago.
The service is great, the workers are super friendly and welcoming! I went in to ask some questions about the set up and how it works. They answered all my questions, they were all so lovely to talk to! I will be booking a time slot to sit with the cats very soon! They have a nice selection of mugs and books for sell, as well as other little trinkets. A lot of the funds go towards cats and their adoption!
I love this place! I think it's really nice they've found a way to balance a charity with a business while allowing the general public to enjoy a wonderful time at their cafe.Staff was very friendly and the reservation process was straight forward and easy to complete online. They also include a freshly made beverage at the end!
Were else can you spend a hour playing with cats and kittens. Very good for mental health. The price includes a warm drink after.
My boyfriend and I came in for a 430 appointment, turns out we completely read the time wrong ? so we were 30 mins late for our appointment. The nice staff still let us pet the kitties for a few extra minutes. It's always a pleasant experience and the staff are very kind 100% recommend going there !

It was really lovely meeting all the cats and I like how you get a drink with your reservation. I hope the dining area opens again soon.I just want to note: all the cats seem very sleepy? I have cats of my own and these seem way more sleepy than other cats. I'm not sure if they have a Feliway in the room to keep them calm, or it's from being pet all day, but that's just something that I noticed. They are all very cute nonetheless.
Customer service is OK. sometimes it's great, sometimes it's non existent. they could be more organized and have some information easier to access as well as be easier to contact, as they don't answer texts, phone calls, e-mails, etc, and will avoid certain questions or topics altogether.seeing the cats through the window is nice and the overall goal of the café is a good initiative.
