Service - excellent. Our server saw us catching up, and graciously let us ask for the bill instead of hurrying us out.Ambiance - beautiful! intimate, casual elegance.Food - we shared 4 plates and I felt like it was enough but my friend would have liked a little bread. Olives, cheese, fennel salad, and the mushroom/artichoke dip (this was a flatbread with mushroom/artichoke dip on top, not for actual dipping but it was the best dish by far).Drinks - drink menu is a little small, but we found something we liked.

Two of us walked in yesterday's rain to be greeted by our server opening the door so we could shake off the umbrella and step inside this lovely space on Strathcona Ave. Not much has changed since we were last here, 2 years ago. Still comfort-creating wooden tables, wooden floor, a vibrant bar that looks into the active kitchen, and wacky art on the walls. Liam, the owner greeted us as if we were friends, and thats how we felt. The four courses we chose were exquisite, with the mushrooms en bleu standing out - a taste bud delight that I could never replicate at home. Our Barbera wine by the glass paired so well, I had to order a second. There was actually space for dessert, so a warm chocolate brownie with icecream was shared. Thanks for making it through the pandemic challenges so we can become regulars once again.
Back for the first time in a couple of years. Have always enjoyed the food/service at this spot. Small plates for sharing is their thing and they do it well!
Birthday dinner for a friend last night did not disappoint! As always , food and service surpassed expectations. This restaurant is a real gem… with innovative food and friendly, stellar service. Bravo to Liam and his team!
The atmosphere is warm , the staff is absolutely Fabulous and the food is Delicious. This makes an evening out as a couple or with friends so enjoyable. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Returned after 2 years and happy to say this was an amazing homecoming. Not a plate was left bare, great wines along with amazing service and atmosphere, Must try now !
