Great Service! Greeted within seconds by the GM Sheiko Ortiz which was always around making sure everything was right. Cassandra was our server, nothing but smiles and great friendly and fast service. Thanks GuysLuis and little Oliver!

Arrived for dinner and were seated right away - around 6pm. At around 6:25 my wife and I walked out. Waitress never came by our table to ask if we wanted drinks and obviously never got to asking us for meal choices. Went to Lone Star just next door and were immediately seated and served. Do Better Mario!
Worst restaurant experience we’ve had in 5 years. Firstly, this was not entirely our waitresses fault, but a combined awful experience by all the staff. Our waitress was clearly inexperienced, and or poorly trained. This was a celebration dinner for our 15 year old daughter after achieving her Blackbelt in Taekwondo and my wife’s first time our in public in 2 years. We ordered main courses which included salads. Our salads were dropped at our tables, without any offer of grated cheese or bread, so we waited thinking our waitress would appear shortly with these items. We waited roughly five minutes, and our mains were now brought to our table, when we had not even started our salads. I advised them we hadn’t even started our salad, and asked that they bring us bread and cheese first??!. They brought our plates back to the kitchen, and again , we did not see our waitress anywhere, nor a manager, who during dinner rush should be somewhere in view. We’ll eventually some one came to grate cheese on our salads. Our plates than sat there on our table a good 15 minutes without being cleared, and half a dozen waitresses walked by our table. From where I was sitting I could see clearly into the kitchen, and could see two waitresses dancing?? Again our waitress was nowhere to be seen. And you could guess, when our plates came to the table , they were dried out and cold. My wife’s dish was sent back as it was supposed to be baked with cheese. By the time it came back, it was so dried out and inedible we had to send it back, not to mention we had finished our cold meals out of starvation. We left paying $80 for the worst meal and experience for what was suppose to be a celebratory meal for my daughter. I was left apologizing to my daughter in the parking lot….we will never eat at this chain again, total Garbage!!!
Had an amazing dinner tonight! Staff and kitchen were absolutely perfect. We got there around 7:20 and they mentioned kitchen and bar closed at 7:45. I asked oh that’s weird since closing is 9. Turns out they actually close at 8! Google is wrong as an fyi and I’ve submitted the proper hour changes ☺️ Staff were beyond amazing getting us our food and same with the kitchen staff. They went above and beyond
It's really gone downhill. Food was tasteless, staff never offered more salad or bread. The leather on the seats was chipping away and it was really cold. The staff were more preoccupied with socializing thana waiting. The only thing that tasted good was the brownie, but I'm sure that came out of a box.
Hours listed state that you are open until 10pm. Coming an hour out of town and a family of 6 we arrived at 8:25pm and was refused seating. we were told that they stop seating close to 8:30pm as they close at 9pm. Was looking forward to a dinner out with the family and had to find somewhere else to eat. Truly disappointing that you would close by 9pm on a Friday and not have your hours updated on your Facebook page.
Absolutely disgusting food. All pasta is pre cooked and reheated. All souls are definitely frozen. Pre cooked chicken and just bland all around. Went for dinner there last night and was extremely unimpressed with my meal.
I used to go all the time. Least once a week but then I started to find issues with the food and the cleanliness went down hill. I took a photo from the last visit for this review. The servers are great but kitchen staff just throw food together. I wont be going back to this location until my issues are resolved.Clean your food better as you've lost 5 weekly customers over this.
If I can give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. 10 of us arrived and were seated. When we sat the server approached us and was EXTREMELY RUDE off the bat. My mother asked if there was any hand sanitizer, she rudely said “it is at the front” with an attitude. She brought 4 breads; my sister asked if we could get more because we were 10, she RUDELY said “well there are four on the table” excuse me? So what? We are 10! Are you kidding me? And she said it SO RUDELY. My father then asked her if we can have more and she AGAIN she said there are four in the table and didn’t want to bring us?? This made NO SENSE!! The way she said “there are four already” it’s like an indirect no. She was absolutely horrible and so rude to us, with a bad attitude - she didn’t want to serve us. We decided to leave and go to another restaurant. Absolutely horrible service, never going again. As we exited, my father told me he heard her call one of us an “***hole”. Yep, I am going to tell all my friends, and my entire family will write their own version with their reviews. I will also put this review on trip advisor and anywhere else so everyone realizes how horrible East Side Mario’s customer service is based on their staff they hire. Never again, I am going to tell everyone of my experience here so they can avoid this place at all costs.
