Had a great night here with a friend! The food was really delicious (especially the Dan Dan noodles) and the plating was very pretty which is always a plus! Our server was also super sweet, funny and helpful!+ I’ve also tried their crispy chicken bao previously (no picture shown) and the chicken was so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! I definitely recommend this item on the menu.
This was our first time here. You have to go down a set of stairs so I'm not sure if it is wheelchair/ stroller accessible. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice. They were missing some of the items in their beer menu due to the pandemic but we still managed to get something unique. Now for the food - the buns were amazing! Loved the Tofu one. I probably could have eaten 3 of those. The squash dumplings have a very unique flavor. I would have preferred a bit more heat and a little less dill/lemon grass. The ramen was not bad but the Eggplant Dan Dan noodles are a game changer. Amazing flavour and the presentation was also bang on. They are not kid friendly so I would recommend the place for a date night.
We dined here on a Friday night as pandemic restrictions were beginning to relax. The place was packed, lively, and loud. The kitchen is open. Our server was lovely. Bar service was a bit slow, but only one person was working it. The menu is small, but within the menu are unique and delicious dishes. If you’re looking for a unique and flavourful Asian meal, you’ve found the right place. Most tables are high boy bar still with a few long shared tables are regular height. It is small and open. The restaurant is downstairs and is is not wheelchair friendly, if that is a need.
Came here with 2 friends for dinner. We ordered a couple of items off the menu. Their chicken wings and bao buns were by far the best items. We ordered a second round of wings since we loved them so much! I had ordered the dandan noodles which I wouldn't order again. The menu could use a few more dishes to choose from. The ambience is nice and cozy and our waiter was very attentive and charismatic. I will definitely be back in the future for the wings and bao buns!
A typical Asian fusion restaurant with high price points, small portions and average food. The only item worth ordering for me were the steamed bao buns, which Gong Fu Bao still does much better. The Dandan noodles were excessively oily and lacked flavour. The crudo tasted fresh but I didn’t enjoy the savoury and sweet combination much, which I understand is a matter of preference. If you have high standards for Asian food, I would avoid dining at this spot. I haven’t tried the cocktails here but I just know that the food is unauthentic. I love the ambience and service though!
Lots of creativity in their menu regarding Asian's cuisine. Some you should try, some you don't need to since their price is quite high compare with the portion.Nice place to hang out on friday night with friends.
I gotta say, these dishes might fool people who never had authentic Asian cuisine but definitely not me lol. I read a few reviews and combining my personal experience, the food was way overpriced. The portion is terrible, the flavour was bland. Dan Dan noodle taste nothing like it, I mean if you’re using the name at least study the recipe, it looks like some noodles were hiding in the bush. (If you check out the picture you know what I mean.) Laksa was alright, it’s hard to make terrible seafood but the lack of coconut milk just made the noodle very boring just like ramens, and it’s a 24$ ramen. The idea of Asian fusion is so trendy right now and everybody just wants a piece of it. It’s a very challenging task, and if you decide to do it, at least make your quality justify your price.

Great Bao and dumplings - the Bao buns are super soft and pillowy, and the Bork belly was juicy, tender, and flavourful. Pork dumplings were delicious, with the pan fried bottoms coated in sesame seeds. The kobocha squash dumplings were incredibly smooth and the coconut dill lime leaf sauce was excellent. The service was great too - overall a really good experience, would definitely come back.
Met up with friends, they had made reservations. The food was good, the chip for the tuna tartare was interesting.Reminds me of izakaya. there is outdoor seating and it’s very lively.
