Had a very tasty meal at Danby's today. We were a group of eight, which usually slows down service, but not here. The food all came at the same time and was delicious. Service was excellent. Buffalo chicken wrap is the best!!
Thank you Danbys!! Had a great lunch and reunion with Richmond girlfriends from so may years ago!!! We went to school together in the 50's in Richmond and have remained togther ever since! My first job was at Richmond Bakery! Thank you...it was was great.... And thanks to Cheryl for awesome service!
We ordered for delivery. There was an error in order and when we called and mentioned it, they were very respectful and very accommodating. They rushed the correct order over right away and made things right.We don't mind mistakes when companies own them and do right by the customer which is exactly what they did. The food was good and we were happy with customer service.
Stepped up big time in the years since it opened, tough place in its early years attracting a less enjoyable crowd but now.. the food was great, the seating has changed more appropriately and lastly the place was full of nice families.Great job Deb, I enjoyed our visit and will come back.
Yet another disappointment at Danny's in Richmond. Tried calling to find out if breakfast was still being served to be put on hold till I had to hang up. Called again and interrupted her before she put me on hold to ask if they were serving breakfast. They said yes so my wife and I went there. Waited at the cash to be served to find out you needed a reservation. So I have never been to a small restaurant were you had to make a reservation for breakfast. Been there before and tolerated expensive small portions and under staffed service. Last time there, learned my lesson. Should have stayed a bakery.
This was a great place to eat. I had the Debbie burger. It was $3 off. Wife had grilled cheese and tomato soup. We definitely will return. Service was great! The burger had tartar sauce. First time for everything. It added a nice flavor. It is off the beaten path. But we'll worth the trip.

Danby's catered to my work for lunch and I have to say that my coworkers and I were very pleased with the quality of not only the food but the service as well. Deb was amazing and delivered it to us. She was very flexible and accommodating and even with short notice, her and her staff were able to deliver excellent food.I will defiantly be returning and looking at more catering from them in the near future. Thank you:)
Hosted my family for a great birthday party Sunday brunch upstairs. Atmosphere was good and food was filling and plentiful. Our waitress was friendly and made sure the coffee was flowing.
simply amazing place but we did the trip from Montreal and didn't know that the Open Mic was from 2.00 PM till 6.00 PM we got there at 6.15 PM fortunately the Band was still playing and we had a lot of Fun . next time I will register my name to sing .
