Great DQ, always clean and very friendly staff who go the extra mile on special requests. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for birthday cake!
Amazing Ice Cream, I even enjoy their Orange Julius. I'd say 10/10 would go again.
Good quality. However do Not recommend the branch on Bank street as persons are doing repeatedly mistakes on orders.
This is the nicest Dairy Queen I’ve been to! It’s a very clean location and the staff are friendly and helpful. They are wheelchair accessible but do not have push buttons on the doors, but the server was happy to get the door for me.I was also really pleased with the presentation of the ice cream, I know it doesn’t affect the taste but not all servers have the signature little curl perfected, this guy did and it made me happy. Plus, (and I might be imagining it, because I know all DQs use the same recipes) the ice cream taste and texture was better than I’ve had at other locations. Maybe the little curl does add flavour… I don’t know hehe!
Never ordering on mobile again. App said it would be ready at 6:31, it was not, it was ready at 6:53. Our food sat on the counter for 20 minutes while they made the chicken strips 5 minutes after we walked in. Do not offer a mobile order service if you cannot complete the orders plain and simple... thank you to the workers for remaking the poutine as requested after we watched it sit but all other food was wet and soggy. One additional star because they threw in an additional chicken strip.
There were so many people when I was there, waited in line for more than 20 mins. The parking lot was also so small to accommodate the number of customers. The service was good but slow.
Straight forward DW, nothing fancy but they is a small outside area to enjoy your treat.
New burger menu is tasty. Enjoyed fast, hot, precise burger combos. Blizzards are on point with huge amounts of the ingredients.
I received a completely raw chicken tender today. I only noticed after my second bite and am very concerned I obviously couldn't continue my meal.
Wouldn’t recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone. Waited 20 minutes to place my order and another 10 minutes to get my order, only for them to get my order wrong and over-charge me for my blizzard.
