Seems that the place is always crowded when it's sunny.Had a bad experience but I'm sure it's not the fault of the employees or the manager. It was just a customer that slamed them with a ridiculously huge order but instead of doing it at once he kept going back and forth. A lot of orders were missed that time because of him and other customers had to wait an unbelievable long time to get their orders.
Did you switch to Walmart frozen beef patties? Maybe you ran out of burgers I don't know but the hamburger patties were not the usual delicious beef patties that I remember from just last year.
I stood inside for 15 minutes waiting to place my order and the 6 employees working didn't even acknowledge that I or the person behind me was there. They served 3 Uber eats people who came in after me and stood beside me but didn't even tell me that they will be with me in a moment. One of the Uber eats guys shouted twice at the employees that I was standing there waiting to be served but they still did not acknowledge me. I then also spoke out and said that I'd like to place an order but they still ignored me. I was fed up and tried to leave but my car was blocked in the parking lot by 2 more Uber eats delivey men. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food establishment. This DQ is always sub-par, but this time was absolutely unacceptable.
Polite customer service. Food was well prepared. Decently clean location, small freezer selection.Most staff (while I was there) are no longer wearing masks.
I love Dairy Queen! I've been coming here for years, the food is good, the ice cream is great and the Blizzards are just fantastic! Can't go wrong with some DQ.
The lady who took our order was super nice and the guy that cooked it and handed us our burger was all smiles. We had burgers and ice cream for dessert, everything was good!
Ordered 3 double cheesburgers, 2 fries and an onion ring. The only thing good was the fries. All 6 hamburger patties were BLACK around the edges and actually crispy when biting into them. The onions were cold to the touch. This place keeps going down hill. I used to like them as they made the burgers as you ordered them. You waited awhile but they were always fresh & hot. Now it seems like they fry them up big batches, keep them in a warmer & then simply slap them on a bun as you order them --- like mcdonald's. This is exactly why I avoid mcdonald's. But now this dairy queen location on McArthur is doing the same. Disappointing.
I was there tonight,to have a banana split.Did the same, last night but last night.Was alot better then, tonight there were almost no strawberry's.The pineapple was,not fresh and not much ice cream.I guess they all, don't make it the same way.
Tasty but not so clean when it comes to tables.
Really disappointed in a recent box of buster bars that I received from this location. ? they had little to no fudge in any of them. I have gone to this location for other treats before but this time they were really now worth the price.
