Waited in line for 7+ minutes without any acknowledgement with at least 5 people on shift. There were a maximum of 3 people in the drive through and one other order inside the building. We ended up walking out, very disappointed in the service at this location.

We waited 30 minutes in the drive through, before we got to order and another 15 minutes to get our order. We paid $15 for a melted pile of goop! Also this location is not available on the APP. Do not go to this location!

I had the worst experience this afternoon in the drive-thru, I ordered 3 mini blizzards and a slushie and I waited for 45 minutes. They didn’t start making my order until I got to the window and when I voiced my frustrations about how long I had already been there, I was given a lame excuse matched with rolling eyes. The staff were standing around talking to each other with no sense of urgency even though there were multiple cars behind me. Had I received an apology or some courtesy as to my frustration I wouldn’t be posting this review; however, I was given none of that. I will absolutely not return to this location. It was a waste of my time, money and energy. Absolutely unacceptable.

I hate to give a bad review but I went in here last night with my kids they really wanted dairy queen for dinner. When we went in it was all kids working. We ordered 3 meals and 2 kids meals it took a good 45 minutes to get the order. They would bring out a couple things and say here's all your order. 20 minutes later bring out another meal. It took 4 times before they actually had the foodnfor my fsmily of 5 to be ablento sit down together and eat and by the time we had it all 90% ofnit was cold. The poor kid working the front was new had no idea what was going on no one around to really help him. One lady standing there asked to speak with a supervisor 3 times and they look dumbfounded and just walked away from her.

Do not drive and eat a large cone dipped in chocolate in the heat... sit and eat... you have been warned lol banana shakes are yummy too! And much easier to drink and drive. Even tho that sounds totally wrong but so true and legal lol

Today, I went with my family to Dairy Queen 2036 Bells Corner Ottawa on 26 June 2022 @ 6:20 PM Sunday for ice cream cones. I had very bad experiences with the whole staff, they hired small high school kids and they don’t know anything about the rules and regulations, and everyone lies to your face.I asked, if I would like to sit inside the restaurant with my family, and they said we are not allowed. I asked why they closed it. They have no answer, no notice for such things and one girl came to a few mins after and said we will open tomorrow? I said I’m here today, not tomorrow what is the reason you closed this area, she said the(Owner) gives us this instruction? Mr. Owner, we don’t have time to come every day. You should follow the provincial law, “with all restaurant restrictions lifted on March 14. Restaurants can open for in-person dining at 75 percent capacity” and you didn’t follow provincial law by the way???

What a ridiculous thing to keep doing. The pandemic was hard enough and now this owner is using it as an excuse not to open to the public.Plus they don’t honor the DQ loyalty app.Very unfortunate that they’re the only ones open past 9pm or 10 pm.

Been in drive thru since 7:20p.m and it is now 8:08p.m and we are just now at the window and our order isn't even ready.Absolutely the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to.

Staff was friendly and efficient and the treats were delicious. It's unfortunate that no seating, inside or out, is available, nor are the bathrooms.

Commending the evening staff for just being really beautiful people tonight (Tues. March 1st). I told them I was having a bad day, and asked if they could ensure that my food was nice and hot so I coule relax and have a good meal. Not only did they do that, they wrote me this beautiful note and gave me a complimentary mini ice-cream. Kindness can go a long way, and I just wanted to let you all know how much I truly appreciated that. Thank you ❤️
