Good food, but very poorly coordinated kitchen and staff. Roles and responsibilities were like chaos. Saw them send out a banana split with very bruised bananas. The staff should have known better. But my blizzard was well made with ingredients and well mixed.
Used to live it but now I'm always disappointed. The blizzards are never full and the ice cream is always melting and liquid right when you get it.
I liked their burgers in the past. Burger patty tasted freezer burnt. Everything else was great.
Staff is friendly, needs alot of improvements on quality in service and serving orders. When I ordered and we seen about 10 tables with alot of chairs. All tables were dirty and looked like they haven't had a wipe down for days. Everytable had ice cream melting and some old ice cream that was there for a long time too also other kinds of food residue spilled. You can tell the staff do not sanitize surfaces included the table you ate at. This location has an odd smell and is very disgusting. I will be avoiding this location and I do not recommend this location to anyone. My children were uncomfortable at this location.
They have great deals once you have a flyer with offers. Their food and desserts are tasty and delicious. I enjoyed my meal
I bought a score ice cream pizza today and very disappointed. Hardly any caramel or score pieces and the cookie crust very hard. Not happy at all after craving this!!!

Terrable place to go. The food took longer then the second comming of christ. Once it was ready and I went to eat it, i could break a window with the chicken it was still so cold. When you order a chicken bbq MELT you would kind of expect the cheese to be... MELTED. Not a frozen chicken strip and a cold wrap. Unreal.I deffintly recommend you go else where.
Their food is so trash. Don't eat here. Better off spending your money at McDonald's to be fair. Food gave my friend food poisoning. Petition to shut this trash restaurant down and build a Chick fill a. A restaurant actually worth spending money at.
