Waited almost an hour for a dipped cone.. my granddaughter was a trooper with her patience.. there were four people working, seriously you guys really need to learn how to be more efficient with your timing with having people assigned to their own task and organizing..
This place fulfills my Blizzard craving every time. Turtles is my fav. The staff here is friendly enough.There is a little outdoor seating area without much shade, so it's a race against mother nature, who's licking your ice cream when you're not looking, making it melt.Took a star off because they didn't have the umbrellas out at the tables when we visited. Not sure if I've seen umbrellas used, but the tables have the requisite orifice. ?
Terrible service, dirty food all over the floor and machines, blizzard station is just a conveyor belt not cleaned between blizzards, so you get to enjoy 30 flavours. Never going back here.
I ordered a Blizzard and after waiting 20 minutes what I received was a cup full of melted ice cream. They did the "flip it around" move to everybody to show you how it's thick and doesn't drip. Funny how they forgot to it with mine. Next time I'll make the trek to Barrheaven this location is an absolute debacle.
It's unfortunate that your new method for making blizzards results in receiving only half of the blizzard and the rest vanilla ice cream. We bought 4 blizzards and each were that way. When speaking to the staff about it, a member of your Team told me it was just the staff being lazy.... I was met with resistance to have it made properly, you guys can and should do better.
After going to this place for 5 years, my custom Blizzard order suddenly wasn’t allowed anymore. The management had changed in the last month and the manager put in a rule where they won’t make anything that isn’t on the menu. I also get chicken strips and recently the have been over cooked or cooked and reheated. Witnessed the manager being rude to other customers. Won’t go back. Also getting way too expensive.
Icecream is always good. Friendly staff. Even new employees trouble shooting problems was impressive. They did well. Speed will come.
Even though I had "specifically" ordered my burger with only ketchup and lettuce, there was still cheese inside regardless. This is not the first time that it has occurred.Very disappointed and disgusted.
Blizzard was made incorrectly, when the employee had the opportunity to rectify the situation; they chose to lie and say it was what I ordered after I reiterated my order.
