The owner of this business values his reputation. We had ordered delivery. The food is usually quite good. This time, however, though no fault of the restaurant's, something tasted bad. We reported it and without argument, the owner came back and refunded our money for the food item - no questions asked. He even went as far as throwing out the entire batch of suspect food as we later heard. Please do not take this out of context. The food is usually quite good, but even the best restaurants have supply issues sometimes. To me, this is old school business: honest, reliable, trustworthy, reputable service. Best take out Canadian style in area. Great portions ,always hot and after many years have never made a mistake with orders.. crispy beef ???
Found our new go to spot. Amazing food! Egg rolls are GP and/or Ruby’s quality, and the chicken balls were loaded with meat. Fried rice, general Tao and crispy beef were also all outstanding, and Huge portions!
The food was great, but the wait time for the delivery was so long that we had to go to the restaurant to see if our order was ready. I realize it was Christmas Eve, so that was definitely a factor, but a notification would have been nice to let us know of its status
Nice egg rolls! Enjoyed the food quite a bit. The guy working up front was very enthusiastic about the quality of the food, good sales pitch ;) reasonable prices and fast service, would recommend to others.
Ordered combination plates 4 and 6, as well as an order of hot and sour soup, and we were impressed by the portion sizes, fair pricing and freshness. A couple of the items weren’t really to our taste (spring rolls tasted quite oily, and the hot and sour soup just wasn’t our favourite) so would probably give 4.5 stars, but we will definitely order from here again and try more things from the menu. Quick delivery and easy to order right on their website.

My personal favourite for Chinese takeout, Always fresh never had an issue. Price and quality are on point, combo plates always leave me satisfied. Everybody’s got a favourite so it’s hard to compare. My big thing is is it fresh? Yes. Does the fried rice taste brunt? No. Are the chicken balls 80% dough? No. Literally the only reason I’m still on Uber eats!
My absolute favourite Chinese Food spot in Ottawa. It is consistently yummy, well packaged, and of good quality.I recommend it!
